Why "Metatron"? He was the name for the Lucifer/Rex Mundi lesser God in The Dark Materials books by Philip Pullman.

Didn't know that, i thought Metatron initially was the 'voice of god' although i may be wrong my religious knowledge isnt up to scratch.

He is what Amitakh Standford calls the "Demiurge".

Nice pic anyway, Proph. Sorry, forgot to say.

Metatron was an archangel. He features in the Book of Enoch and also is associated with Kether (where is Starjade when you need him?? ).

According to Johann Eisenmenger, Metatron transmits the daily orders of God to the angels Gabriel and Sammael - hence the voice of God connection.

Cheers

Thanks for the great pic theprophet. Familiarity with shapes and patterns 'appears' to be doing something to my conciousness. I'm going to start hanging 3D versions around my room. Can anyone suggest an arts and crafts type of kit suited to doing this easily?
