RLS is a sign of severe magnesium deficiency. Almost everyone is magnesium deficient these days due to processed food, and even if you have a good doctor, they will prescribe (on your request) a few milligrams per day. That is neither use nor ornament as the deficient body requires GRAMS every day - as many as possible, not milligrams. The best way and surest way to achieve this is by using magnesium oil which can be taken orally or transdermally. Here also is how to make your own magnesium oil to use every day. Try it - a magnesium deficiency can take a year or two to combat unless magnesium is being used transdermally.

(Tolerance to oral dosage varies from person to person, but personally I take two tablespoons of magnesium oil twice a day - morning and night, without any problems - [about 40 - 50 grams/ml total])
Without a magnesium deficiency, you would still need several grams a day to keep the level stable.

I hope this helps, motley, - if you proceed with this, please let us know how you get on.

So according to the video magnesium is good because it gets rid of unwanted calcium deposits in the body. Kind of like vitamin K?

Just checking back in.

Still using Kratom daily without noticeable side effects. Usually 2 doses daily of 1.5 grams each.

I tried multiple forms of chelated Magnesium. Did not do a thing. The one thing I have changed that has had a positive benefit is switching to a Ketogenic diet plus eliminating foods in the nightshade family.
