Got some details on this - people are always hopelessly misguided when it comes to talking about or getting assistance with remote mind control and electromagnetic neuro weapon manipulation. I have started a website, which is just for my case, but collects some of the best information about this technology in one place on the Internet. This isn't just some conspiracy, these are secret weapons and remote technology nearly everywhere, which the police, FBI, state governments, CIA, NSA, and feds have for spying, secret brain to brain via remote computer communication, and also remote torture, rape, and other remote manipulation. These weapons operate using a variety of techniques, they can operate inside satellites, for the purpose of reading the radio waves and other electromagnetic energy produced by humans, they can operate on the ground or at sea, fit easily inside vehicles, so undercover agents who follow you can track you and harass you wherever you go. These systems involve a sensor for reading information and energy, which can be telescope, CMOS, or antenna array for remote EEG - and remote fMRI if the particular system they are using also has a microwave or terahertz wave transmitter. The purpose of reading and imaging this information is remote decoding and monitoring of brain and neuron signals, what you see, hear, think, feel, remember, or dream, and also for seeing and hearing through walls. The transmitter is probably a digital light gun array with as many thousands of separate guns, each one capable of precision over multiple miles and directing many thousands of microwaves into the human body, brain, or environment, for remote nerve and body manipulation, brain, body, and whole structure temporal fMRI, and also manipulation of air, object, and particles for recreating sounds, light, and moving or doing things to tissue, atoms, or objects. One of the staff involved was named Bonita Tucker, she had sexually abused me, and the state covered it up, then she helped her new later patient boyfriend named David Anderson escape along with another patient Gino Puglisi. She wasn't fired, or arrested, until much later, and only after the news paper ran an article about it and she was exposed doing other things; the issue just became too public to keep covering up, so they downplayed and hid what they could, and pretty much let her off without exposing what was really going on. They had before this, tried to hide and cover it up. The state was caught on tape spying and using this technology, then in August 2008 they tired to murder me. I was in my cell, when I heard them say "no ones ever made it this far" and "like you spy for the Statesman Journal, DeAnn Major spys for the CIA" "you're being set up to look psychotic" (I was trying to tell the Statesman Journal about the Bonita Tucker situation, and the spying and abuse by OSH staff, and they apparently were very upset) - during this attack, microwave photonic energy flooded my body, I swoll up, I began to convulse, go into shock, had a 170 pulse, and nearly died. Since then they used microwaves to heat, chill, buzz, expand, push, and pull tissue, they were simulating massage to try to stop my convulsing muscles in secret. It was an experiment, and it left my body fucked up and crippled. This was all done in secret, and no staff at OSH or in the state wanted to incriminate themselves, so my abuse was covered up - they simulated psychosis and pretended I was psychotic, when I was really being tortured. They have the capability to monitor every square inch of US land, every citizen, every brain wave, nothing is secret. Police illegally spy, and will never expose this system because of how many laws it violates - the constitution effectively prohibits any use of this technology, and if people knew about it and how it was used, US officials would be put in prison in droves. Police everywhere have some connection to it, and they use it possible daily with secret mind to computer and synthetic telepathy links. Before this happened to me, I had a firm established diagnosis of just ADHD and depression, no psychosis. I have been diagnosed now with post concussion syndrome, brain stem damage, muscle degeneration, and high CK with no other explanation for my injuries.

I wanted to let people know, that I pretty much live in an electromagnetic field, I experience daily rape and murder attempts, and injuries to my body. I listen to garbage and have computer imposed purposeless remote images, sound, and emotions almost at every second of the day. I sleep with dreams that have to be designed and simulated by computer (which they design, occasionally with story boards), because I stopped dreaming years ago thanks to the abuse. They have ran so many dream simulations that I no longer dream on my own. The rape and forced ejaculation is unbearable, because I have been so badly hurt by antidepressants, and drugs, which I was forced to take in such high doses during the initial phases of my remote control, that I now have permanent dopamine and orgasm sensitivity, which causes my body and muscles to jam up with every orgasm; this jamming of muscles last for weeks, never heals, and is a form of dopa responsive dystonia. I have all the symptoms of permanent antidepressant withdrawal, severe burning and stinging all over from microwave damage, stiff, swollen dehydrated muscles, damaged brain tissue from repeated induced "concussions" and brain pressure issues from the squeezing of my muscles, and more. Mind Games is an article in the Washington Post about victims and targets of abuse like this: I believe a good amount of these people are legit, the government is seriously targeting more and more people with this every day. And the targets are forced to live with it, because no one will do anything to stop it. The deal with the government, is that everyone is already involved; the police and FBI don't act to enforce the rules or law because they're already involved and using this technology everyday themselves. Mind Justice is a humans rights group with a lot of information about this technology and this problem. They have books, citations, newspaper articles, original research, interviews with doctors and neurologists, info on the Russian laws banning this technology, etc.: http://www.mindjustice.org/

Dennis Kucinich's bill Space Preservation Act, 2001, 2002, 2005 would have banned or prevented the use of this system. But the US government went against the world, and the bill was derided and never came up for a vote when proposed on 3 different occasions. It details the use of ground, sea, and space based information, psychotronic, electromagnetic and other weapons which can be used to torture, simulate psychosis, read and steal thoughts, and more. Officially, the rest of the world was scared in 2000 by the idea of "intellectual property theft" and information terrorism, so many countries riled behind a ban. Russia is the country with the greatest and most public work done in this area, and there are a few others. The US refused to comply with any sort of treaty, apparently because they saw value in maintaining and having access to this technology. Mind Games is an article in the Washington Post about victims and targets of abuse like this: I believe a good amount of these people are legit, the government is seriously targeting more and more people with this every day. And the targets are forced to live with it, because no one will do anything to stop it. The deal with the government, is that everyone is already involved; the police and FBI don't act to enforce the rules or law because they're already involved and using this technology everyday themselves. They won't expose a critical part of the system, or any crime they've committed by using it. I am the governments scapegoat for trying to expose this.. at OSH I caught the state/US DOJ/CIA using this on me, on camera with audio recordings in 2008, during the US DOJ investigation. They neutralized me, attempted to murder me in my hospital bed with this weapon. Since I have been followed by undercover agents everywhere, they are using this weapon on me, and everyone's involved. Local police, sheriffs, state police, FBI Agent Roberts is the name of one guy in charge. I have very badly damaged brain and body, and I sit in an electromagnetic field, an unlawful prison, for going against these people. Please help..

Dr. Carole Smith, using light invasive technology to read brainwaves, invade and control the mind: She's an expert on mind control, and psychiatric malpractice, and has created a whitepaper on the need to revise the diagnostic criteria for psychosis. Psychosis is a diagnosis the government hides behind when they target or torture someone. I honestly believe people aren't really talking or thinking about anyone who hears police or people on the street saying things about them. it happens because people are chipped too, and your system talking to you, programs or has another system either use the so called perps voice to trick you by heterodyning the sound over someones original speech. Everyone not being deceived will hear the original words from that person, while you the victim hear truth veiled in lies to cause you to blame the wrong person. They dont need anything in cars or homes, they're chipped, and those chips can do that to you. read my post, "I disconnected myself" and once you start figuring it out, it will reveal its true intentions.

Mega updated the Russell Tice/Surveillance page about the scandal I went through. The jist of my story is that, I was framed by the US Department of Justice, when they used this awesome militarized technology to conduct their investigation of the states mental health system here in Oregon. I became a target of warrantless surveillance with this technology, and when I caught staffers using the technology, and discussing it recorded on the security systems at OSH, I was set up and they attempted to murder me with the technology.
