Okay...I would have thought things like sporting events strongly encourage R-complex as it involves division, competition and violence. And other things like watching a movie you get that feeling of feeling emotionally drained or sick afterwards, well I do anyway.

Can't see any people there causing division, neither competitiveness, aggression, violence, and division of class, status, race, gender, fear, anger or envy. Years ago about 8 of us would gather around another mate and we would all use only one finger to lift him up and carry him down the street a bit.

Try this...hold your left hand up straight rigid and try not move it and use your right hands index finger and middle finger and point it like a gun at your left hand (abit like shooting a target) but instead use the right hand and move in a circular motion around your left hands inner palm clockwse direction and keep a 1" inch or so gap. If done correctly you will feel a tingling/burning sensation in the left hand. Altough that type of energy is more related to kinetic.
