Default Sungazing

The sun holds incredible power, within it are vast of energies, which not only flows but is raging and waiting to be discovered for the benefits of mankind. It helps us evolve as creatures in this universe.

The best way to fully utilize the sun is through sungazing. The sungazing is a practice that uses the sun as the main object to be stared at in order to receive nourishment or energy from the sun, either for complement or to replace food or as a spiritual practice.

The HRM phenomenon is a much known practice of sungazing. The sungazer himself, Hira Ratan Manek (HRM) has practice sungazing and had proven that a person can survived for a very long period without eating foods. He submitted himself to NASA for scientific monitoring to prove the veracity of his claim. NASA reported that he was able to survive for extended periods solely on light and occasional beverage, water and buttermilk

The sun holds implausible power for those who want to have it. And for us, people who are willing and patient enough to wait, willing to undergo transformation in our view of existence and how we currently live our lives. There are so many possibilities the sun can offer for our good. Light is the basic nutrient of all life; how we consume, metabolize and apprehend this light can help us evolve. Pure motivation coupled with awareness, attention and moderation; can in turn enable us to access every level of our energy, making us reach greater new heights personally and spiritually.

How can you do that I see colors after a minute of looking at the sun? What is so interesting about the sun that you have to gaze at it is heaven up there? I just don't understand the nourishment part for you can get that by just being in the sun. As for energy I don't get energy in the sun I get tired, and feel like going into heat stroke if to beaming hot.

Could you provide a source for this? I've done a little searching, but am unable to come up with anything on this. Perhaps the NASA report?
