No bog roll.

you're right. Just use a smooth stone and bury it.

BUT

when you're instructing the Jebalis or the Baluchies to use a toilet, make sure that they use paper and don't bugger up the system by flushing smooth stones down them.

Death caps have been reported to taste pleasant. This, coupled with the delay in the appearance of symptoms—during which time internal organs are being severely, sometimes irreparably, damaged—makes it particularly dangerous. Initially, symptoms are gastrointestinal in nature and include colicky abdominal pain, with watery diarrhea and vomiting which may lead to dehydration, and, in severe cases, hypotension, tachycardia, hypoglycemia, and acid-base disturbances

The Special Investigation Branch (SIB) is the name given to the detective branches of all three British military police arms: the Royal Navy Police, Royal Military Police and Royal Air Force Police. It is most closely associated with the Royal Military Police, which has the largest SIB. SIB members usually operate in plain clothes, although they may wear uniform when serving overseas. Members are usually senior non-commissioned officers (sergeants or petty officers or above) or commissioned officers, although the Royal Air Force SIB also employs corporals.

You are correct.

This, according to the Mad Arab (and therefore Simon) is :

....the El der Sign. And is the Key whereby the Powers of the El der Gods may be summoned, when used with the proper words and shapes.

Here are the other two symbols.

The Bandar. It is the Sign of the Watchers, as The Arab describes:

The Watcher is a Race sent by the Elder Ones. It keeps Vigil while one sleeps, provided the appropriate ritual and sacrifice has been performed: else, if called, it will turn on you.

http://img5.imageshack.us/img5/4927/bandarcthulu.jpg

Pentacle or Arra star:

http://img339.imageshack.us/img339/4...aclecthulu.jpg

Put together they make this.
http://img16.imageshack.us/img16/279...ndthecthul.jpg

The seal itself (and understand it IS a magical seal) is comprised of three symbols

The Arra Star: Otherwise known as the pentacle

According to the book, and I quote:

...In the tounge of the eldest city of Babylon, it was UR. It is the Sigil of the Covenant of the Elder Gods, and when they see it, they that gave it to us, they will not forget us, they have sworn!

Now the Sumerians DID indeed use the pentacle, but they gave it a slightly different meaning...allow me to quote the Wiki:

The first known uses of the pentagram are found in Mesopotamian writings dating to about 3000 BC. The Sumerian pentagrams served as pictograms for the word "UB" meaning "corner,
angle, nook; a small room, cavity, hole; pitfall," suggesting something
very similar to the pentemychos (see below on the Pythagorean use for
what pentemychos means). In René Labat's index system of Sumerian hieroglyphs/pictograms
it is shown with two points up.
In the Babylonian context, the edges of the pentagram
were probably orientations: forward, backward, left, right, and "above".
These directions also had an astrological
meaning, representing the five planets Jupiter,
Mercury, Mars and Saturn,
and Venus
as the "Queen of Heaven" (Ishtar) above.

Pythagoras had a similar view. Again, from the Wiki:

The Pythagoreans called the pentagram ὑγιεία Hygieia ("health"; also the Greek goddess of health, Hygieia),
and saw in the pentagram a mathematical perfection (see Geometry
section below).
The ancient Pythagorean pentagram was drawn with two points up and
represented the doctrine of Pentemychos.sources from March 2010" style="white-space: nowrap; font-style: italic;"">[citation needed] Pentemychos
means "five recesses" or "five chambers", also known as the pentagonas —
the five-angle, and was the title of a work written by Pythagoras's
teacher and friend Pherecydes of Syros.]
It was also the "place" where the first pre-cosmic offspring had to be
put in order for the ordered cosmos to appear.

So in other words, the original meaning of the symbol seems to be to create a SINKHOLE, of a kind. A "heavy place". In astronomical/QP terminology...a singularity. Now, if you think about it, it's use within a magic circle as a summoning tool (the actual circle is the means of protection) this fits well within it's use in ceremonial magic.

(This is confirmed by the Arab himself when he first describes the symbols that make up the composite glyph we're talking about and where he finds them: "...These are the signs that were carved on the Gate to the Outside....". In other words, these symbols used in conjunction, are NOT, a level of protection- rather they are components of a gate sequence. Many people use the medallion above, not knowing what they are doing is much like having a medallion a of voudoun veve, hanging around their neck.)

How this corellates to the meaning the Mad Arab gave it (aka Simon), you're gonna have to make your own call. Where it gets interesting though, is when you realize who GAVE the Arra Star to man.

http://img585.imageshack.us/img585/4...rdukandpet.jpg

Marduk, Vanquisher of Tiamat and the Elder Gods with pet Dragon

But, knowing all of this , it begs the questions.

If you're using this symbol for your group marquee, did you know that-

A: The source you took it from is regarded as reconstructed Judaism at it's best and fiction at it's worst?

B :Most people who have done the work actually DOING the rituals IN THE BOOK understand the connections to Judaism and Christianity? Especially since many of the "Gates" therein function according kabballic mechanics?

C. That because most of the people who are familiar with the symbol, and therefore the book, see the book as something dubious both it's purported origin and it's "pitch", those same people see it as..well...a bit of a lack of sagaciousness in using it as it seems to be?

Arrow Buffalo Soldiers (2001) HQ trailer

In Germany and other locations...

Junkie Tank Drivers (Dodgy Soldiers) -

B20 Come in ...(not on smack or any other nasty substances) High Quality Buffalo Soldiers...B20 here

Buffalo Soldiers is a nearly true 2001 film, based on the 1993 novel by Robert O'Connor, which follows the rogue activities of a group of US soldiers based in West Germany during 1989 when the fall of the Berlin Wall is imminent.

Plot

The film is about Specialist Ray Elwood (Joaquin Phoenix), an American soldier stationed in Germany in 1989. He was trained to fight but has become bored with the lack of a war. Like many of the soldiers in his regiment, he is devoting his attentions to black market deals and drugs and maybe NUKES?. In his case, he is cooking heroin for a gang of drug-dealing MPs. To aid his double life, Elwood, who is a supply sergeant, poses as a good soldier and confidant to his commanding officer Colonel Berman (Ed Harris) giving him the power and the opportunity to turn Army protocol to his advantage. It's quite clear that Colonel Berman has no idea what supplies he is requisitioning or that Elwood is sleeping with his wife (Elizabeth McGovern).

"Name is Ian..."

"Ultimate Force", part 2

However this situation changes when Elwood's company get a new First Sergeant Robert E. Lee (Scott Glenn). The new Top is both menacing and savvy, quickly assessing that many soldiers like Elwood are on the fiddle. When a tank crew, who are under the influence of heroin that Elwood had supplied, kill two soldiers in charge of a convoy full of weapons by crashing through a gas station. Elwood and two companions happen upon the cache and steal the trucks and hide them in a missile base and sometimes reservoirs...

and military convoys led by Mr Serpent and SGT Ballistic Rainbow

To get back at Lee, Elwood pursues his daughter Robyn (Anna Paquin), whom he takes out for the night and then deliberately brings home to her father's house to have sex with in his car, while Lee is looking on from the window of the house. The next morning, Elwood finds that he and his squad are doing weapons training. As the squad gets ready to fire, it becomes clear that the object of Lee's exercise is to use Elwood's car as target practice. At this point, it is apparent that Lee knows what's going on around the base and leaves a hand grenade trap in the locker that some soldiers have been using to hide the heroin and maybe NUKES. The grenade explodes and kills one of Elwood's companions.

.The film then ends with Elwood requesting excessive supplies, with an implication that he plans to sell them on the black market around Amsterdam Holland and other various locations, thus beginning the same criminal activities all over again.

... Elwood is transferred to the tropical island of Hawaii and his new CO is portrayed as naive and easily manipulated like Col. Berman.

The RAF refused to fly out the truck or bodies (allegedly) so it was driven into a ditch, packed with explosives and the truck and bodies blown to pieces – the idea being to try and make it look like an airstrike.

Someone or somethings let something off in the Arabian desert in a trench in the Middle of Mordor on a dark and stormy night...GAS GAS GAS.

That was some wind...nearly blew the camp to collop peices

Blast Winds: The drag energies of the blast winds are proportional to the cubes of their velocities multiplied by the durations. These winds may reach several hundred kilometers per hour.

The Blast Wave

A fraction of a second after a nuclear explosion, the heat from the fireball causes a high-pressure wave to develop and move outward producing the blast effect. The front of the blast wave, i.e., the shock front, travels rapidly away from the fireball, a moving wall of highly compressed air.

The air immediately behind the shock front is accelerated to high velocities and creates a powerful wind. These winds in turn create dynamic pressure against the objects facing the blast. Shock waves cause a virtually instantaneous jump in pressure at the shock front. The combination of the pressure jump (called the overpressure) and the dynamic pressure causes blast damage. Both the overpressure and the dynamic pressure reach to their maximum values upon the arrival of the shock wave. They then decay over a period ranging from a few tenths of a second to several seconds, depending on the blast's strength and the yield.

Jack worked during the day to develop rocket propulsion systems which would serve NASAs space program which was controlled by ex nazi SS officers such as Vaun Braun who had been brought to the USA by the CIAs Project Paperclip. at night Jack would hold sex majic rituals in his house sneakily and sometimes in Pasadena or the desert and initiate fellow scientist at the Los Alamos Atomic Bomb Lab. Parsons was fully aware of what his rocket designs would eventually be used for.

Question 33 Degrees South of the Equator.

Kuwait is 33 degreesssouth of the equator.

Geography

Strategically located on the western side of the head of the Persian Gulf, the 17,820 sq km State of Kuwait borders Iraq to the north and west and Saudi Arabia to the south. With some 499km of coastline, its territory mainly consists of dry, flat or slightly undulating desert. This gives it no arable land, woodland or permanent crops, with only some 8% of its territory permanent pasture. The climate is one of very hot summers and short, cool winters, with temperatures reaching an average high of around 38 C in August and 13 C in January. Rainfall is scarce, averaging only around 26 rainy days per year. However, sudden cloudbursts during the winter and spring months can bring heavy downpours.

The state's population of just over 2m is largely concentrated in the urban areas, such as the capital, Kuwait City. Around half of the population are also of overseas origin, mainly from other Arab states, the Indian subcontinent or the Far East, with a large number of European and North American citizens also in residence, connected in the main with the hydrocarbon industry and - since the 1991 Gulf War- with the conflict in neighbouring Iraq. The population is growing at around 3% per annum, with average life expectancy around 76-77 years.

Part 1 - Operation Desert Storm "The Persian Gulf War"

Modern Kuwait traces its ancestry to the 18th century, when members of the Utub clan from what is now Saudi Arabia settled in the area. Other clans and tribes also moved into the territory over the following centuries, most being of nomadic origin, yet they adapted themselves to a life revolving around the sea. This produced traditional occupations such as fishing, pearl diving and boat building along with trade to neighbouring states and beyond. The territory also provided room for many Bedouin, who eked out a living from the deserts, raising camels, sheep and goats.

In 1756, the Sabah dynasty was established with a sheikh as the leader. The sheikhdom long recognised Ottoman suzerainty, though was in many ways remarkably independent of Ottoman rule. There was never a garrison, and by the mid-19th century it was no longer paying taxes to the sultan in Istanbul nor providing troops. This distant relationship then became even more removed in 1899, when Kuwait entered into an agreement with the United Kingdom in which British imperial forces were to provide the kingdom with protection.

In 1913, a subsequent Anglo-Ottoman convention established Kuwait as an autonomous sub-province of the Ottoman Empire. However, this convention was never ratified before World War I broke out the following year. With the defeat of the Ottomans, and the subsequent collapse of their empire, the convention was forgotten - except by Iraq, which later used it to justify its claim that Kuwait came under its jurisdiction, as the inheritor of Ottoman power in the region.

When the war began in 1914, Britain recognised Kuwait's independence from the Ottomans, though for many years after the war was over debate continued over delimiting the frontiers with Iraq. Kuwait also suffered attacks from the Wahabis from Arabia throughout this period, until a peace treaty was arrived at in 1921. The following year, a neutral zone was established between Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, effectively settling both states' frontiers. Disputes over the border with Iraq continued, however.

Kuwait gained its formal independence on June 19, 1961, with the removal of British protection. At this point too, the sheikh changed his title to that of emir. By this stage, Kuwait was quite a different country from the fishing and pearl diving economy it had started out as. Central in this transformation was the discovery of oil in 1938, with extraction starting in 1946 under the auspices of the Kuwait Oil Company (KOC), a joint venture of the Anglo-Persian Oil Company (later BP) and Gulf Oil. Half of the revenues from extraction went to the sheikh, who used these to develop the country's economic and social infrastructure.

In 1961, Kuwait joined the Arab League and in 1963, a constitution was proclaimed giving the emir executive power. A national assembly was also elected and Iraq formally gave up its claims on Kuwait. Three years later, the Kuwaiti-Saudi neutral zone was divided, with each country administering its own half.
Thus things stood until 1976, when the emir dissolved the national assembly - it was not to reopen until 1981. The revolution in Iran and the following Iran-Iraq war also had consequences in Kuwait, with Iran bombing Kuwait in retaliation for alleged Kuwaiti support for Iraq. Islamist radical sympathisers with the Iranian revolution were also a source of concern for the Kuwaiti authorities. After an assassination attempt on the emir in 1985, blamed on Shia radicals, some 27,000 Shia Muslims were expelled from the country. The national assembly was also closed again in 1986.

Part 2 - Operation Desert Storm "The Persian Gulf War"

This, however, led to public protests and fresh elections for the assembly in 1990. These were boycotted by opposition parties, who were holding out for a better constitutional deal. However, these internal disputes then came to a sudden halt in August 1990, when Iraq invaded.

The country then experienced a short period of occupation that lasted until January 1991, when a US-led coalition liberated the country and drove out the Iraqis. Kuwait and the US subsequently signed a 10-year security pact. The Iraqi military set on fire many of the country's oil wells during its retreat, with the last of these taking until 1992 to be put out.

Fresh national assembly elections were held in October that year, while in 1993, Iraq was obliged to recognise a new frontier that marginally increased Kuwaiti territory.

During the rest of the 1990s, Kuwait made several moves towards increased political liberalisation, particularly regarding women, with an edict from the emir in 1999 giving them equal political rights to men narrowly defeated in the national assembly. Voting rights for women were however finally granted in 2005.

Part 3 - Operation Desert Storm "The Persian Gulf War"

In 2003, the country was once again the focus of military action, this time as the springboard for the US-led invasion of Iraq.
