Default Modern Horse Powered Vehicle

Modern Horse Powered Vehicle

Designed by Abdolhadi Mirhejazi, Naturmobil is the ultimate environmentally friendly vehicle powered by a single horse on a treadmill.

Created for travel on paved roads, it cruises at about 20 km/h (12 mph), with a top speed of about 80 km/h (50 mph). The treadmill also charges batteries which will power the vehicle if the horse needs a break. [via, 2]

The next version will feature 2 or more horses and is expected to be able to go faster than this version.

Wonder if he could make a motorbike version, you could sit on the horse which would power the treadmill which would have two wheels and the handlebars could be drilled through the horses head!!! Lazy Git why dont he just get a bicycle and do the hard work himself!!!
