Default Triangluar frame on a man's head

Hi
Three times now I've seen a man walking around the Oxford Street/Charing Cross Road area with a brass/gold pyramid frame on his head.
Does anyone know what the purpose/meaning is?
Does he belong to a group?
Thanks for your help

He could be mad or watch to much silent hill

The Pyramid Hat's angular Insulation quality has a resonating effect that helps our conscience merge with the super conscience to bring about separation from our mortal perceptions; to get a subtle sensation of the immortal.
The Essence of Vision: to call it imagination might lower its tone. There is brilliant colorful light that we can see even in the darkest of night.

Could be a winner of a very posh snooker game and that was the trophy and flushed with the win, he got drunk for over 48 hours and is showing off.

Dunno. Not been into town for a while. Does that man with the 'the end is nigh' sign still walk up and down?

Seems like a silly hat to me, wouldn't catch me wearing anything like that, I think I'd rather catch bad vibes than look silly!

Have you considered asking him?
I bet you he'd love to tell you if you ask him in a nice way...

And when/if you do ask him, do share with us?

I've been planning to ask him, but haven't seen him in a while. Next time I see him I'll ask.

A friend of mine saw him at the British Museum on Saturday.
Still don't know the reason for it.
