Default I'm dancing naked, anybody else?

I'm dancing naked, because I'm awesome like that. But I can't be the only free spirit, groovin soul, happinnin cat, and totally awesome mac daddy here. Lets see how many of you really feel the fire enough to play naked and dance naked with full joyful-abandon. I challenge you to be silly and break the mold.

How Berkeley's 'Naked Guy' met a tragic end

May 19, 2009|By Chip Johnson

As an education reporter working from a basement office in Sproul Hall on the UC Berkeley campus in the fall of 1992, I remember when "Naked Guy" began showing up for class wearing nothing but a G-string covering his private parts...

Sometimes.

But right now I'm just naked. It's 101 degrees, and I've got no air conditioning

I don't plan on shaking anything or moving around too much until the weather changes.

It doesn’t matter what anybody’s label is, whatever ist or ism.I just don’t think people like or love themselves when it comes to their bodies. To truly love humanity, the body, and what uniqueness it represents. It is what it is, though. At least my naked ass mean freedom. Snap!

One love 2 Andrew Martinez. The legacy lives!

At last something light-hearted.
Yes it is always a good idea. I used to do this quite regularly.
It is useful spiritually to feel human, to sense your movements and your sensuous and vulnerable body , to feel free and part of nature under the sun or the moon.
the sadhus in INdia spend their lives naked (not all of them apprently). They go without all the essentials of life. But India is a country where this is still possible and part of the culture. There exists places where they can rest and people feed them or give them money in exchange for a prayer.
Around here it is bit cold at the moment though!
And also agains the Law to go around the streets naked.
I had a big property where i could walk naked in the summer not so long ago and it was well...a little paradise.
Thank you for the break!

Try this:

Your body is a temple full of energy. Your meeting is no longer with an individual person,
your meeting is with the universe itself. You see a tree, you see a flower, and it is beautiful.
Love your body, it is beautiful.

Default The bacchanalians

Euripides, the fifth century BC Greek poet play-playwright, described some of the of the Bacchi rites and symbols in his last play THE BACCHI - who were at the time almost exclusively women - as charactetistics of the devotees of Dionysus. He was a beautiful god who had come from the East - from Asia Minor or even farther east, from India.
The story is rich in symbolic meanings and reasonance at times seems infinite. Like love and life,
the deeper you look into it, the deeper it ,and you, become.

Could this ancient world of mystery schools - of which the Bacchanalians werer only a single example - have possibly been the substratum , the solid earth on which the rest of the civilization was built?
Atlantis? perhaps a universal tradition in the West as much as East.

ah there was a time in my younger days when I would whip me clothes off and whirl around like Gene Kelly on acid. Now days though I just end up tripping over me knackers and getting told off for leaving skid marks on the furniture. :-D

See, now that's just unhygienic.

For heavens sake, put a towel down first.

Everything beautiful is absurd. Beauty is absurd. Joy is absurd. Laughter is absurd. Dancing naked is absurd. Love, peace, enlightenment - they are all absurd, absurd in the sense that they have no meaning beyond themselves. Their meaning is intrinsic.

Collect as many absurdities in your life as possible. The more aburdities you have, the richer you are.

Life is good, continue dancing people!.

No, those festivities where based on god Dionysus, and Bachus god of wine only. And the Bachananalians who were devotees of both. So they tasted the best of wines ,with lots of women who were devotees of dionynus.
it was wine-women-dance- and song thing. No drugs there.
Although legal, alcohol is a drug.
