I absolutely love the Bhagavad Gita, it truly does have the power to awaken and heal. I have read it many times, each time I read it it reveals deeper and deeper truths. It is NOT a book about physical war, it is about the war within, the war between our real spirit and our illusory ego. At the moment Im working through it with a small group of friends and in this way we help each other as well as our self.
