Default Got to share this salad recipe with you!

Bought some dandelions the other day and was staring at them in my refrigerator yesterday,thinking I probably wasted my money and would wind up throwing them out. Especially since they were so bitter and I've been trying to get away from unnatural dressings.

Instead I decided to get creative.

Cut up some dandelions and added tomatoes to them. Next I drizzled some vinegar and olive oil over it then added plenty of salt and pepper and the magic ingredient, a healthy layer of nutritional yeast!

Couldn't even taste the bitterness of the dandelions and the yeast made the dressing thick so it would stick to the leaves. Best and healthiest salad I ever made! One of the easiest too! I think I'm going to make dandelions a regular part of my routine.
