And today The Sun can also reveal the key issues at the heart of the Sussex Police inquiry.
They emerged in court papers filed by the force in a bid to force air accident investigators to hand over their findings.

Since January the Air Accident Investigatory Branch (AAIB) has stubbornly refused to cooperate, leading cops to go to the High Court.

A judge will finally hear the case next Thursday after months of delay to the inquest for the victims, bringing fresh heartache for their families.
A copy of the writ, seen by The Sun, confirmed: “Mr Andrew Hill was notified in December 2015 that he is being investigated for possible endangerment pursuant to Article 138 Air Navigation Order 2009 and also manslaughter.”
It also shows lawyers for Sussex Police are demanding the AAIB release ten vital pieces of evidence they are sitting on.
terrible, AAIB sitting on evidence - bring in the lawyers.

And it's confirmed..

Hi felixfelix, I haven't read the whole thread but has Chris Spivey's article about this been brought up?

http://chrisspivey.org/the-shoreham-...-crash-part-1/

http://chrisspivey.org/the-shoreham-air-crash-part-2/

http://chrisspivey.org/the-shoreham-air-crash-part-3/

The Shoreham plane crash is without doubt the most easily pulled apart government hoax that I have investigated to date.

Indeed, it would seem that the more ambitious the hoaxes get, the more the script writers have to try and shore the old fanny up with the usual tell tale signs that point to a fraud having been committed – which is a bit of a Catch 22 situation for them really.

Mind you, it is no exaggeration to say that the Shoreham Flight Shite needed a lot of shoring up and as such every single indicator of a government hoax had to be brought into play… Or at least it did in their minds.

But all the same, having said that I also have to say that the hoax was a mighty ambitious project by anyones standards – especially going on their past Am-Dram efforts – and indeed, it must doubtlessly have taken an awful lot of planning as well as having been a logistical nightmare to set up.

Unfortunately, I have not got the answer as to why this shit was staged, although as I reported a few months ago, not a day goes by where the Chimp doesn’t carry a story about a near aeroplane disaster which quite often rises to as many as 3 or 4 – whereas a couple of years ago, there were hardly ever any.

And as such, I cottoned on to the fact that TPTB were deliberately ramping up the terror factor of flying… But as I say, I haven’t a Scooby Doo why.

Moreover, because the Shoreham Flight Shite is so easy to pull apart, I am not even going to bother playing along with the official story like I usually do, whilst pointing out the anomalies along the way.

Instead I will just give you a quick synopsis of the MSM narrative and then I will just get on with demolishing the old bollox.

There are 10's of thousands of flights by planes flown by humans every day of the week and at every time of the day and statistically there will be accidents everyday. In some of those accidents crew and passengers will be killed and in some of those accidents people on the ground will be also killed.

It would take something more than the Shoreham accident to even slow the current uptake in air transportation.

Excellent post, I have reproduced your conclusions which I entirely agree with.

I think it's all for entertainment, creating a false Hollywood reality, perhaps with an inbuilt perception test perhaps for something more significant in the future. This one was similarly ambitious and crept below the radar, so to speak.

I'd just like to point out those are not my conclusions, although I share them. That was the opening salvo from Chris Spivey's exhaustive investigation which can be viewed by following those links I provided.

I have searched and searched and find no reference to any funeral for either of the two cyclists who are said to have died:

I can't believe this. I passed Dylan near Carats Cafe not long before it happened that day, having just cycled through where the plane came down myself.
No mention of Richard there.

No mention anywhere in the thread of a funeral - a cyclist's funeral would be a big event normally.

Dylan Archer

And the just giving page - for restoration of Brighton's Preston Park cycle track
https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfund...f-dylan-archer
Preston Park Cycling Track is the oldest in the UK and the second oldest in the World. Last year the track was closed to racing due to safety reasons. Large funds are needed to save the track so that it can be used again for racing. The track is a great facility and a really useful track to teach and mentor young and not so young cyclists

Dylan was a passionate cyclist and was regularly at the track, he taught his sons to ride there and Alice, even though she was a late starter! Our aim is to raise money to help save the track as a legacy to him and his friend, Richard Smith, who he was out riding with that day.

As the project progresses a fitting tribute will be found and dedicated to their memory with the money raised.
For further updates on the project please go to: https://www.facebook.com/saveprestonparkcycletrack

In the Brighton Argus (22 Aug 2016), profiles of all 11 Shoreham victims.

http://www.theargus.co.uk/news/14696...show_disaster/

The two in question:
Quote:
DYLAN ARCHER
Dylan Archer, 42, was an IT consultant and was on a bike ride with Richard Smith when he died. Originally from the Midlands, he moved to Brighton in 1991 and never left.

He had a life-long fascination with bikes and cars and loved the South Downs where he would regularly cycle the many routes through the National Park.

He is survived by his partner of 17 years Alice, their two sons aged 15 and 12, his sister Ruth and two-year-old niece.

His family paid tribute to him in the days after his death, remembering his dry sense of humour and generous nature.

They said: "He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

"He loved Sussex, especially the South Downs, and would have been heading for one of his favourite cycle routes, Coombes Road, and up on to the South Downs Way."

RICHARD SMITH
Having seen the forecast, Richard Smith, 26, had arranged to go on a bike ride with Dylan Archer and another friend in the South Downs.

He grew up in Buckinghamshire, before going to university in Birmingham and then later moving to Brighton.

He lived in Lansdowne Square, Hove, and worked in marketing and web development at ActSmart, an independent company based in Hove, specialising in providing advice to the cycle industry.

His colleague Jonathan Harrison described him as a happy person who was impeccable at what he did.

His partner Victoria Marie Peck remembered him on Facebook as the “most brilliant person I have ever met”.

She said: “It is hard to feel such pain and not be able to turn to turn to the one person who could always make me feel better.

"He was the first person I saw in the morning and the last person I saw at night. He was the person I would share every stupid little thing with and I still find myself wanting to do it now.

"I know there is so much more I should say but I cannot find the words.”

He leaves behind his parents Julie and Jonathan and brothers William and Edward.
And from the Tamworth Herald (3 Sep 2015):

http://www.tamworthherald.co.uk/trib...ail/story.html

Quote:
THE devastated family of a former Tamworth man who was killed when a jet crashed into a busy road have paid tribute to their 'loving' relative.

Dylan Archer, a father-of-two who grew up in the area and attended Polesworth School between 1985 and 1989, has been identified as one of the victims of the Shoreham Airshow disaster, which claimed 11 lives.
What's wrong with a plain old insurance scam as the reason, or a reason for staging it. Do hoaxes definitely stay within the law?

From the Sunday Independent (19 Aug 2016):
Quote:
Shoreham air disaster plane owners settle compensation claims with two victims' families

The owners of the plane that crashed at Shoreham Air Show, killing 11 men, have settled two compensation claims so far, lawyers for the victims' families said.

Stewarts Law, which is representing some of those affected by last August's crash in West Sussex, said the rest of the cases it is handling are in "advanced negotiations".

James Healy-Pratt, head of aviation at Stewarts Law, said: "Whilst no money will ever bring any of the loved ones back, we did obtain an admission of legal responsibility from the owner of the jet and their aviation insurers in late 2015.

"That paved the way for successful negotiations for compensation, without the added trauma of a High Court trial on civil liability.

"We have successfully negotiated compensation packages for one third of our group of families that we represent, and are in advanced negotiations for the remainder of our family clients."

A temporary memorial to remember the eleven victims of the Shoreham air crash has been left in a 'disrespectful shambles' according to families of the victims.

The site which bridges the River Adur was earmarked by the local council who promised to maintain it. Charlotte Wilkins has been speaking to Giovanna Chirico, Mark Trussler's Fiancee and Tanya Hewstone, the former partner of Daniele Polito.
There was actually a funeral for Daniele, reported September 15 2015

Quote:
Donations will be given to a trust for Mr Polito's son.

Daniele Polito's family insisted that this would not be called a funeral - it was, they said, a celebration of his life.

In the eulogy, delivered by his brother Carl Clarke, Daniele was described as being "impulsive, cheeky, foolish, loyal, annoying and loving. A wholly real, flawed, lovely kid".
"I can't pretend there have been many positives to come out of the last few weeks," he said.
"But there has been one - I have had the chance to get to know my brother all over again - and it's been a delight."
'Overwhelmed by kindness'
In the days after the crash, Mr Polito's sister Marina wrote on Facebook: "I know many people loved him and will miss him loads, but as long as we keep him in our hearts and memories, he will never really leave us."

Carl told how he was sitting on his sofa in Tokyo when the details of the Shoreham air crash started to filter through onto the news. He said he knew he had to check on his family back home to make sure they were ok, not because he had a sense of foreboding, but because it was a stretch of road they used everyday.

He received a text back about an hour later to say they were watching it on the news like everyone else. It was not until the next morning that he received a called to say Daniele was missing and that he was probably in a car with Matt Jones, a colleague who was thought to be at the scene.

Ex of Shoreham air disaster victim found out a week after his funeral that he’d got a girl, 16, pregnant

shock horror!

....But the couple’s four-year relationship came to an end ten months before Daniele died.

At his funeral his son Georgio, four, placed a packet of jelly beans on top of the coffin and said: “Bye bye Daddy, you can have my sweets.”

But days later Tanya received the message from a teenage girl saying she was expecting Daniele’s child.

The baby is now three months old and DNA tests prove it is Daniele’s.

After the couple broke up, Daniele continued to see Georgio twice a week and paid maintenance for him.

But Tanya said she now faces a battle for the maximum payout for Georgio.

That is because the teen who has had his child can claim a share in the £35,000-plus compensation Georgio could get for the loss of his dad.

Mr Peacock has a personal fortune estimated at more than £50million and owns a £1.6million detached home in the market town of Dunmow.

Thanks for your comments. Actually, I was responsible for the original purchase from Jet Heritage (Bournemouth) and the set up of Fox-One Ltd in 1998. Qwnership was transferred to my Air Charter Company (Heritage Group) in 2010. She still remains under the management of Delta Jets and I believe, in her No.2AC sqdn colours and her recorded history, she is the best Hunter flying anywhere today. Regards Barrie Prescott

Fox 1 is now based at North Weald, owned by Canfield Hunter Ltd. Still in No 2 sqdn colours, she looks magnificent and is displaying this summer.

Graham, I am seriously impressed. It must be costing you a fortune to keep this wonderful aircraft flying!
Thank you.

Ultimately, for the final solution, there needs to be zero migration.

My view:
The elite loves people that travel and it looks like they have done much to push in that direction historically. The reason is of course obvious when 'change' is the main subject. But one thing has become a limiting factor and that is energy consumption and pollution of the travellers transportation choice. Therefore limiting those travellers who can go anywhere on earth without ever leaving there point of view is properly a priority.

Was this "crashed" Hawker Hunter (G-BZSE) already past its serviceable life? Faking its dramatic demise a profitable exit for the old bird?

At 60 years old, metal fatigue of structural components is almost guaranteed. In addition to the problem of non-availability of spare parts, and the extraordinary cost of privately-servicing a Former Military High-Performance Aircraft (FMHPA). Problems that, in total, perhaps sealed the fate of G-BZSE?

Even now, decades after it was taken out of general service, the Hawker Hunter is not a particularly rare plane. According to wonkypedia, "1,972 Hunters were produced" [between 1951 and 1973]. And in 2013, in Britain alone, there were still 43 airworthy Hunters on the CAA [civilian] registry.

It's possible that this one ended up - post "crash" - as a donor plane. In the aircraft junk-yard donating spare parts for the servicing of those 42 other Hunters in the UK.

It's said that a car is worth much more in the scrapyard - as a donor of spare parts - than it ever cost brand new. That's probably even more true for a Former Military High-Performance Aircraft.

The funeral of Matt Jones [no probate granted] hasn't been commented on. Nor that of a little noticed name, a third cyclist, Tony aka Anthony David Brightwell, probate with will, November 3- 2015.

Quote:
Mum Hazel Jones, 59, said Matt didn’t typically drive to his job as a contractor on a Shoreham building site, but had decided to take a half day and go to the beach with friends in the afternoon.
Matt, who lived with his family in Littlehampton, was driving along the A27 with fellow contractor Daniele Polito when the vintage plane crashed after attempting a manoeuvre mid-air during the Shoreham Airshow.
Hazel was concerned when her and husband Stephen, 61, came home and noticed that Matt hadn’t been in.
She said: “We had been out for the day and when we came home he hadn’t been in from work - which was odd because he normally comes in for a shower.
“Then we heard on the TV that there had been this plane crash and I knew matt would have been finishing work at 1pm in Shoreham and there was a big possibility he could have been on that road at 1.20.”
The worried pair rang the police and hospitals in the area but there was no news about where Matt might be.
Hazel said: “In the meantime we got in touch with friends to ask if anyone had seen Matt, but nobody had.”
Sister Becky Jones, 26, said that four car-loads of friends had driven to the crash site to look for Matt’s silver BMW 2.5L Coupe, but were turned away by police.
In the early hours of the morning, detectives arrived at their home to give the family the devastating news.
Stephen said: “You know that as soon as the police arrive it’s bad news.”
Hazel added: “The police arrived and told us that they had found a silver BMW had been involved in the accident.
“They had also found nearby Matt’s driving license.
“So I think as far as we were concerned that was confirmation what had happened really.”
Matt was working as a contractor while he trained to become a qualified personal trainer.
Mum-of-two Becky, said he was an amazing person who had unconditional love for his two nieces Anya, five, and Fey, three.
Stephen said Matt had two tattoos that expressed his attitude to life - one that reads: “Everybody dies but not everybody lives”, and another on his arm that said: “You only live once.”
Where was the Silver BMW [not the X3]? We never saw it.

Sister Becky has since cleansed her facebook feed from last year

A keen traveller, Matt’s coffin was decorated with a beach landscape and a pair of yellow sunglasses were placed on top. A floral wreath reading YOLO (you only live once) was visible in the window of the hearse as the cortege arrived, which typified Matt’s lust for life.

I'm a bit confused now - G-BXFI [WV372] is the plane which "crashed" and was owned by Canfield Hunter. G-BZSE [WV322] still exists and was displayed at North Weald recently, July 17 2016
https://www.flickr.com/photos/[email protected]/28331693606/

So did Canfield Hunter own two identical planes?

On August 1 2012 we read:

On the same day [July 26] Hunter T.7, WV372 (G-BXFI), was delivered to North Weald by Chris Heames, on behalf of a new owner there.
https://walesairforum.wordpress.com/tag/g-bxfi/

Then in 2013, May 27:
http://www.eppingforestdc.gov.uk/new...y-of-the-year/

Quote:
North Weald Airfield’s resident Hawker Hunter T7 trainer WV372, based at Weald Aviation, performed its first flying display of 2013 at Duxford on Sunday 26 May after an initial practice flight earlier in the day.

Chris Heames flew the display, and the Hunter’s callsign was Fox 1. The parachute was streamed on landing for both sorties and recovered by the duty fire crew.

The aircraft arrived from St Athan in South Wales during July 2012. It currently carries the markings of 2 Squadron. The owner is Graham Peacock, a local businessman from Epping. He and his wife first flew in WV372 during two sorties with Chris on 2 February. WV372?s next sortie is to Waddington next Saturday. It is on the UK register as G-BXFI.

The aircraft was built at Kingston-upon-Thames as an F4, and first flew on 15 July 1955. It joined 222 Squadron at Leuchars in January 1956. During 1957 WV372 was rebuilt as a T7 trainer by Hawkers, and served with RAF Germany on the Station Flights at Jever and Gutersloh. It later joined 2 Squadron at Gutersloh, returning to the UK in 1971 as part of 4 FTS at Valley.

After returning to Germany for a couple of years, it joined 208 Squadron at RAF Honington in 1981, operating alongside the unit’s Buccaneers. The aircraft’s final RAF service was with 237 OCU in 1983 at Lossiemouth.

In November 1984, the Hunter was transferred to the Royal Navy as one of its FRADU (Flight Requirements Air Direction Unit) aircraft. It was finally withdrawn from service in 1996.
Quote:
Rafa confirmed that Mr Hill was not originally meant to pilot the plane. Chris Heames was originally listed as the pilot in the air show’s programme, and it was only decided last month that Mr Hill would fly the aircraft instead.

Interview with Chris Heames [Squadron Leader RAF, retd.] in his kitchen...

Quote:
A pilot from Stamford near Peterborough who flew the Hawker Hunter aircraft three weeks before it crashed in Shoreham said it had "behaved immaculately".

However, by August 26, the story changes slighly in the local Brighton Argus...
http://www.theargus.co.uk/news/13626...ident/?ref=rss
Quote:
Retired RAF Squadron Leader Chris Heames was originally listed in the programme as flying the 1950s plane at the West Sussex show.
But a family holiday meant his place was taken up by ex-RAF and British Airways pilot Mr Hill, from Hertfordshire.
[b]Mr Heames returned from a three-week trip to Cambodia to his home in Stamford, Lincolnshire, on Monday morning.[August 24]
He said of the accident: “I was horrified, the same as everyone else.
“Anyone who has seen it knows it’s a terrible tragic accident.
“Anyone would react the same way.”
He said he found out about the crash when friends contacted him thinking he was flying the plane.
The 62-year-old said: “There’s a bit of a misrepresentation that Andy was a last minute stand-in for me. That’s just wrong. I haven’t worked out why my name was in the programme yet.
“My holiday was booked four months ago and we were always going to Cambodia for three weeks at the start of August.

“He was always going to be flying on the display and is as equally qualified and experienced as I am.”
That was a stroke of luck for former Swindon Heathlands schoolboy Chris...

Sorry, that's me, muddling things up.. You're quite right. The "crashed" plane was G-BXFI [WV372], a Hawker Hunter T7, built 1959, not 1955.

Here's the archived list of Hawker Hunter survivors, August 4 2015, immediately prior to the Shoreham airshow
http://web.archive.org/web/201508041.../survivors.php

372 is noted as a flyer, whereas 322 has no note attached to it, and still doesn't. Perhaps it doesn't fly.

. 'I flew the same plane at the same event last year and the year before.

The Royal Air Forces Association confirmed earlier today that Mr Heames was originally scheduled to take part in the Shoreham Airshow. However the organisation said it was 'entirely routine that a change from one to the other was made - and this decision was made over a month ago'.

'Andy and I are two equally experienced and qualified pilots who have flown this plane many times at airshows. Andy has probably flown the aircraft 20 times this season.

'He is a great friend and an exceptional pilot. I haven't spoken to his wife.'

This misleading story is scandalous and intended to sensationalise. I work for an airline and we swap crews at an hours notice. It is immaterial to the tragedy. Shame on you DM.
Must be child's play ringing around to find someone to fly a Hunter in a display.

So it seems there was a funeral of sorts for Tony Brightwell
https://www.facebook.com/tony.brightwell.7

http://www.theargus.co.uk/news/13765...ny_Brightwell/
17 Sep 2015

Quote:
THE LIFE of an "adventurous" and "loving" mental health manager who died in the Shoreham Airshow disaster was celebrated in a memorial service.
Mourners congregated in St Phillips Church, Hove, yesterday to remember Tony Brightwell.
More than 100 relatives, friends and colleagues heard Nimrod by Edward Elgar, Glad and Sorry by The Faces, hymns The Lord's My Shepherd and The Day Thou Gavest Lord Is Ended, and Mr Brightwell's favourite song Blinded By The Light by Manfred Mann's Earth Band.
A specially prepared poem was read by his nephew at the service in New Church Road.
A member of his team at the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust paid tribute to a "larger than life character."
She said: "His Victor Meldrew approach to work was a great source of amusement to everyone. When asked how he was he would often reply 'You know, living the dream.'
"He was always reliable and worked hard. He was skilled, knowledgeable and respected by peers, patients, carers and families.
"He was a gentle soul and extremely protective of his team mates. He had an amazing way with words."
His best friend of 25 years Andy told the congregation how the food lover and budding cook once made moules marinière when they shared a bedsit in North London - but accidentally served the sink plug and chain with the meal.
He added: "He was always up for an adventure. He was the greatest mate anyone could wish for."
The brother *** of his fiancée Lara Ashby told of his great ability to take things on the chin and laugh at himself, his love of Second World War history, and a fascination with planes which often saw him pointing his mobile phone at the sky so an app could tell him which aircraft was flying above.
to recap
Tony Brightwell, 53, who had a private pilot’s licence, cycled to the West Sussex airshow on Saturday....

Brightwell, a healthcare manager for Sussex Partnership NHS and Brighton and Hove city council....His fiancee, Lara Ashby, ** said: “He was the love of my life, my soulmate and I am devastated that our plans of a life in the sun in a few years’ time won’t now happen.
He leaves his fiancee, daughter Gemma, sister Judy, nephew Adam, parents Barbara and Ernie * and best friend Andy

Judith E Brightwell
* Ernie is actually his stepfather, Ernest Moore. His biological father died in 2003.
** Lara Simone Ashby b 1969 [https://uk.linkedin.com/in/lara-ashby-bb5782b0] - 46 years at the time, that's ambitions thinking to be retiring in the sun...

The Rev Terry Stratford, associate priest of St Mary de Haura, said the community still shared “a sense of loss and bewilderment”.
Families touched by the disaster felt constant pain at still not knowing the full story behind how their loved ones were killed, he said.
The reverend added: “The difficulty is we still don’t have an outcome, we don’t know the reasons why, officially, yet.
“We are looking for those reasons to be made public. Unfortunately we might not know for quite a long time, but let us hope that the process is done properly.”
