Default This will put it to an end

Capital: capital, n. (17c) 1. Money or assets invested, or available
for investment, in a business. 2. The total assets
of a business, esp. those that help generate profits. 3.
The total amount or value of a corporation's stock

As defined by Black's Law Dictionary.
Since the loan is not taken from available finances but created by monetizing the signature, this proves that in law, we absolutely do not have a capitalist economy.

We're also dealing with monopolies created by the banks working in conjunction with the corporations. Certainly they shoud be put on trial for charges of conspiracy to monopolize. Funny how everyone mocks conspiracy when it's a pretty common charge made against people and businesses in this nation! lol

What we are living with is a socialist economy only the government is refusing to fulfill their side of the contract. The reason so many of these arguments or debates are exhausting to me personally is you can produce dozens of examples of them committing crime that fall under the inexplicit terms of a law or, what simply is not said.
And legally that means going into court and presenting those, other laws and case laws in a chained format that proves what they are doing is illegal. Sorry but this is in part my hobby and for my own defense, not my career.

Thinking on this the last couple of days, I wonder whether or not a single global currency is even remotely possible. Just look at the mess Greece is making of the Euro. A single currency either needs comparable economies across the globe, or it needs the stronger economies repeatedly bailing out and supporting the weaker ones. As docile as the population is, I dont see that getting far....

death..

Whose law?

What law?

You are making it appear that "the law" has a special significance. The law is made by folks who want to benefit from it. It is broken by those folks who are hurt by it.

That being the definition in Black's Law Dictionary, making it the legalese or King's English definition. That means it serves as common law and applies to everyone.

When you say law the way you did, it's of no true relevance because you're not being specific and irregardless, when common law is applied properly it supersedes any form of acting law you could bring into consideration. It's also constitutional for we the people. The money is created for the people, not the citizens. In all law, there is a major difference. When you regard something to the people, that means it is absolute and stands above all other forms of authority using it in regards.

Although I am certain we can find this definition of capital used in various if not all forms of law as well.

What about Muslim Law? Or Lakota Nation Law? You know, the english common law, I guess that is what you mean, is a horrid thing that has perpetuated the suffering of untold millions in the third world by permitting a capital-based takeover and manipulation of world food markets. Your Law, amigo, is killing us all.

The Esquimo had no use for money or theft until the white folks came. The Lakandon have no use for clothing. Law is a very culture-specific thing that benefits the dominant culture at the cost of the squashed culture. Ask any redman in the "United Sates" of America.

And while I am of the subject: Why the fuck is America called "America"? For a frakken adventurer named Amerigo Versputti or something like that. Fuck that. I live in Isla Tortuga, friend. My law is the Pirate Law.
