![]() The four main candidates for the insignia emblazoned on the hull of the egg-shaped craft that policeman Lonnie Zamora allegedly witnessed in the desert outside Socorro, New Mexico, in 1964... ![]() In the context of establishing a possible connection to Adamski's Venusian footprint symbol, it is largely irrelevant which of the four insignias is the true one, since the above diagram makes it strikingly clear (to me, at least) that all of them are simple variations on the Orthon markings. ![]() Not a Monty Python sketch or a Devo music video, but a segment from Arthur C Clarke's
Mysterious World in 1980 on Project Starlight International, headed by the aforementioned Ray Stanford of Lonnie Zamora UFO investigation fame. According to the clip, Stanford's Texas-based organization had "one million dollars worth of equipment" at the time. The movie camera-like device seen in the still frames below is a "laser to signal to space ships" and the goggles Stanford is wearing are "in case they signal back." Note the 'winding serpent' insignia on Stanford's coveralls... ![]() ![]() Project Starlight International http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AWpOIJ3mN18 2 min. It didn't die. This forum has just been more quiet in the last years.
