There are no secrets to magic. It is about the worker's ability to use will to change outcomes. That comes with practice.

I still like Alisters ways of explaining it all He sure studied it deeply. He also probably went too far some times though. And some of his followers misunderstood him and went even further.

But its funny with a computer game about a Sorcerer without any magic of his own, so he has to use magick

Magick like Magic is all about distraction.
Now you see it. Now you don't.
Crowley was a bit like that, a right merry prankster.
Top mountaineer in his day but beyond that, the guy was blagging dupes for money and ' There's one born every minute'.

There is nothing wrong with that description. Thats what magic is, to change reality.

I am sure some people are very good at manipulating the energies of the world, especially when they get high in secret societies, they believe themselves to be gods.

They must have as big as egos as crowley did or reputed to.

only when 'ego' becomes involved is it dangerous.

I do not think the ptb see it as right or wrong. They see the world needing both paths, so they do not see what ever they do as right or wrong, and they care not whom gets hurt in there actions.

As long as it balanced thats is all they care about.

So i doubt they care about what some may see as a big ego, as i am sure plenty of them do see themselves as gods at the top.

Mostly i think the ptb see the masses with contempt, and they are over populated anyway. Animals and the eco system i can see them caring more for, than human masses.
