From this month's NEXUS magazine: since 2013 China has been creating 55 million tons of artificial rain over 620,000 square miles (three times the size of Spain) using hundreds of combustion chambers in the Tibetan mountains to emit silver iodide billowing into the sky to induce rainfall conditions in attermpt to purify smog ridden industrial areas of the country.

The method is adopted from US Citizen Austrian inventor Wilhelm Reich - brief history below:

You would think the Arabs and Africans would adopt this technology.

It might help them an awful lot.

Obviously we don't need this in the UK as it never stops bloody raining here.

Isn't that theft? If it wasn't originally gonna rain in china would that rain have fallen somewhere else?

China is said to be like Russia in that they are way way ahead of the USA in many ways including subs and satellites or so they claim.
Still they are not prepped for the ace up the sleeve of the wealthy white rulers of the planet, intelligent dust they have already dropped all over the planet on all of us including Chinese and Russians. These nanites are invading all the biological life on the planet but are specifically designed to replace cells with mimic nannite synthetic replacement cells. Over a period of months they replicate by hopping on cells and mimicking them to disguise themselves.

Over time they take over replacing all the oxygen carrying cells in the body but they are only designed to work on certain haplogroups! The other haplogroups they simply pass through without harm.

At some point in the future the elite that made them can and will simply shut off the cells and all the bodies with the threshold of replacement cells will simply fall over dead at that time.

I can't see the Chinese being ahead of the US in anything. They might have a massive population and cheap labour but in terms of technology they are years behind the west.

The only way they will have anything modern is due to reverse engineering or IP theft.

The Russians, well god only knows what they are capable of.
