Default #### Age Is Only A Number ####

Anybody seen this lady before?! 71 years of age and still kickin'! Her name is Ernestine Shepherd and she proves that we can retain our youth simply by caring for ourselves properly.

Nice. I'm seventeen, so I still feel too young.
Kudos to that woman though, and to you, mountain, for posting.

That's wonderful. I hope if and when I reach that age, that I'm physically fit and mentally sound.

Age doesn't really matter.

I'm 18 and people tell me that I still look like a high school student (junior year or sophomore year). I look like I am 14 or 15.

I age very slowly.

We are all going to die. Telling yourself that 'when I reach her age I hope I etc etc' is fundamentally flawed thinking because you might die tomorrow or even later today.

Or maybe she has just got good genes. Is that photo an exact likeness or has it been airbrushed to promote some youth pills or something?

What an inspirational woman. I can feel the energy billowing off of her like she is a burning star.

Nope, I doubt it. I know quite a few women 60 + that look as good. One of them rides bikes in marathons all them time.
