I have the Sheffield, UK deforestation figures somewhere, for this one northern city alone, quite alarming. With 2.5 million trees, Sheffield DID at one time, have the highest ratio of trees per person in all Europe. 5,500 have already been felled with a further 12,000 earmarked for felling.
