I doubt that you can articulate it or you would have put an argument above instead of just your open ended opinion.

Your own hypocrisy should be telling you something.

Maybe those are just the stories of men that try to explain natural disasters or to justify their killing of enemies? have you never though of that?

I think its interesting that men always blame God when men and their ways are the real cause of trouble.

Have you ever been in the underground Prague where they used to believe Vampires lived? Creepy as anything and the vibes it gives out do feel like it may be true.

Such an atmosphere could be created by generations of people with those beliefs rather than the story of vampires being true. Strong beliefs can create tangible energy atmospheres, which is why churches may seem peaceful, etc. Clearly dark underground places would naturally create a sense of fear in humans as it would act on our survival instincts.

Men blame men. Fools blame non-existing Gods.

If you read the bible as myth then good for you. If you read it literally then shame on you.

What about if you read it as allegory? (albeit an allegory that has been deliberately peppered with errors)

Allegorical reading does not claim error or truth as there are many allegorical renderings that can come from the same writings.

Reading it as such allows various minds to use whatever type of allegory they might prefer to make sense of what they are reading.

Literal reading of myths just about insures that the message the sages wanted to pass up are lost.
