Nice info there.
Some more alkaline tips:

Lemon and watermelon have an alkaline pH of 9.0
Cayenne Pepper has a pH balance of 8.5

More Extremely Alkaline Forming Foods:

Baking soda
Sea salt
Lentils
taro root
Dried dates and figs.
Kelp and other sea vegs., Agar
Grapes
Watercress
Parsley
Mango, Papaya
Coconut
Pineapple
Apples
Bananas
Oranges
Carrots
Onions
Kiwi

Moderately Alkaline -apple cider vinegar,

Lemons!!!!! Fantastic, fresh lemon juice is warm water. Even better, plant your own lemon tree.

My secret formula. Green Tea, Hot water, grated garlic clove, grated ginger, finely chopped parsley, juice of one lemon.

The tradiditonal method of testing pH is flawed. THey take the food and incinerate it - then thest the ash for mineral content.
Fruit has alkaline minerals - but is very, very high in sugar. Sugar acidifys the body no least because it is like rocket fuel for yeasy/candidia. But all the sugar is burned with the ash method so not taken into account.

Cider vinegar may have an alklaine pH but is totally proton saturated so drains your electron/energy reserves. If someone had a really clogged colon. it acts a bit like darino so they get perceived health benefits - in the long run you just burn health tissue and drain energy. There are better ways such as using magnesuim oxide to cleanse the colon.

The ones I highlight green I would agree with though. Fruit is hybridised to have more sugar, even carrots are mush sweeter than they used to be.

Lemons are very alkalizing. Only use ripe lemons though.

No, the body can take a lot of abuse, I didnt eat veg till past 20 and spent my teens on drugs - the body has fantastic capaicity to regenerate. THe thread address why people get sick - therefore it is empowering. If someone is not sick they can use the info to get rediculous ammounts of energy for life and exercise etc.

I used the above info to cure chronic fatigue, heamophilia, thrombophelia and a bunch of other stuff. I have been sharing this info with 1000's of people over the past 7 years and I promise you it works. It is important, as you point out, not to get scared, freaked out or take it out of context. The body can survive on most diets and people can collect a number of symptoms and still drag their body out of bed in the morning.

Just don't get stressed about things (ie worrying about too much acid) - as stress causes more acid than diet.

OK, now I have read the whole thread again..

and i got lemons from a neighbour, real home grown lemons, not supermarket fakes.

super pleased, and will be trying them with water first ting in morning. I think that is wot u sposed to do?

Any hints of lemons would be appreciated, folks.

I finally got some real lemons, wow!

yes, just read it again for the 3rd or 4th time.

ty jconnar for the recipe - is it to be taken every day? Cos i can get all that stuff and do that. Is it a daily thing?

to OP. Have you got any info on Himalayan Salt? I would love to know more ...

Lemons are great, so just squeeze the juice into water and drink. I've never even seen a non-supermarket lemon so you got an advantage already. Sodium bibarbonate is a very very effctive way to alkalize your body. Start with say, a quarter of a tespoon in a glass of water then build up. normally I put at 2 teaspoons in a litre of water. Chlorophyll is really important too, and there some brilliant alkalizing green drinks around - If you PM me I can point you in the right direction- maybe not to my own site as I dont think advertising is allowed here so I will check on the sies policy here. But just by doing lemon & bicarb (not together in same glass as will fizz I think) you can really get a lot of acid out of your body and eat lots of green veg.

curtaincat I make that because I'm weird, the taste is not for the faint hearted. Don't take it too seriously, although I think it helps, but have nothing to back that up with.

I would say start off with just Green Tea, try and get the proper stuff from an Asian Grocery store if you can find one.

Its probably better to cut out the acid forming foods first. If 90% of the diet is acid forming, then the Green tea is not going to do that much. Try for a week to eat alkaline forming foods, and see how you go. Much better to have the majority of your food alkaline forming compared to majority acid forming but then have a few lemons, green tea etc.
