Default Meet Trump's Cabinet-in-waiting

This is speculation from Politico ....

I hope they're wrong about neo-con John Bolton, as possible Secretary of State!

"President-elect Donald Trump does not have the traditional cadre of Washington insiders
and donors to build out his Cabinet, but his transition team has spent the past several
months quietly building a short list of industry titans and conservative activists who could
comprise one of the more eclectic and controversial presidential Cabinets in modern history.

The Trump campaign is seriously considering Forrest Lucas, the 74-year-old co-founder
of oil products company Lucas Oil, as a top contender for Interior secretary, or donor and
Goldman Sachs veteran Steven Mnuchin as Treasury secretary.

He’s also expected to reward the band of surrogates who stood by him during the bruising presidential
campaign, including Newt Gingrich, Rudy Giuliani and Chris Christie, all of whom are being
considered for top posts.

A handful of Republican politicians may also make the cut, including Sen. Bob Corker
for secretary of state or Sen. Jeff Sessions for secretary of defense.

Secretary of state

Former House Speaker Gingrich, a leading Trump supporter, is a candidate for the job,
as is Corker, current chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. The Tennessee
senator has said he’d “strongly consider” serving as secretary of state.

Trump is also eyeing former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations John Bolton.

Even though i do not like trump, he should stick to people over there whom supported him all the way through. That i agree with.

I wonder how many will be cfr members?

Newt Gingrich is CFR.

But there are way more think tanks which are likely even more portent than the CFR.

We have the CNP, AEI, and Heritage which will have a big say in Trumps cabinet. Oh and PNAC as well. Just listed all the PNAC neocons behind Trump in another thread yesterday.

Basically the agenda goes on as usual maybe even worse.

Who is Mike Pence - the man who looks like he'll be Donald Trump’s vice president

"Pence is considered a safe choice, as a long-serving Republican official with close ties both to the party establishment and grassroots.

Members of the Republican establishment have lauded him for his experience and his solid conservative credentials.

Pence has been in office for fifteen years, first as a member of Congress and - since 2013 - as Indiana’s governor.

While in office he pushed for a reduction in government spending, gaining a reputation as a fiscal conservative.

He endorsed Ted Cruz in the 2016 Republican primaries, and has been praised by Paul Ryan, the Speaker of the House, who has described him a "personal friend" and a "movement conservative"."

This is why I never understood the cheer-leading for Trump on these pages.

Just on the basis that he was not Hillary?

There was no-one to vote for, as Pilger said in the interview.

I'm not going to say 'be careful what you wish for', but hey - John Bolton? Famous hater of all things Iranian? If he is anywhere near office, US/Israel or both will be bombing Iran by this time next year. He makes John McCain look like a fluffy puppy-dog.

A Republican House & Senate, many of whom believe courtesy of their religion that the end of the world would be a good thing......

And we thought we had problems in the UK!

The smoke hasn't cleared yet on the election circus and Frump, whose disgusting "cabinet" includes complete douchebags Rudy Giuliani and Newt Gingrich, is already going back on his word by saying Hillary is "a terrific woman" (lol) and "owed a debt of gratitude" (lol) instead of she is owed nothing but a bitch-slap in her disgusting face and a prison cell next to Obongo, Bush and Billy Bob.

AJ warns against disinformation and lies about Trump making U-turns against his base

I wonder who the AG will be? The Dept. of Justice really needs to be cleaned out. Trey Gowdey might do a job there. The other worry is who gets Scalia's chair on the SCOTUS.
There are few positions there that could well become vacant before the end of Trump's first term. Ginsburg is tottering and Clarence Thomas is getting up there in years.

Alex Jones is the DEFINITION of disinformation.

So he now fully supports the establishment and will be telling his dumb followers to back everything the establishment does and that those who oppose are "paid Soros shills"

You see how he switched his followers from being anti establishment to pro establishment.

What a feat.

The MSM has proven itself to be far more disinformative than AJ. AJ is a treasure trove of truth in comparison.

I thought you were joking! I didn't know he said that.

He did whittle his way out of that statement.

I can't stand Alex Jones by the way.

Less than the MSM was one with the Clinton machine. Trump protestors are ignorant about Hillary Clinton.
