Default Astral Projection audiobook from 1970s

I was very interested in astral projection in the early 1990s when I was in my late teens and a guy who was in my class at college gave me a cassette of an audiobook which was recorded in the 1970s about how to perform astral projection out of body experience. However, I lost the tape years ago. Unfortunately, the guy didn't put the name of the audiobook and author/narrator on the tape.

I would be delighted if anyone could identify this audiobook. All I can remember is the narrator was a guy with an English accent and there was weird sounds and music played in the background which were taken from the BBC Radiophonic Workshop's Out of this World sound effects record from 1976. Some of the weird sounds were performed by Delia Derbyshire. Please advise.

This is one of the soundscapes that was played as background to the audiobook...

I did a search but that isn't the guy. Robert A. Monroe was American. This guy who narrated the audiobook was English and spoke a bit like Gary Numan. Thanks anyway.

I used to have an astral travel cassette. It was really good tbh..used to have very lucid dreams listening to it..one i still remember was riding on a horse and the whole light was the most beautifull warmth..then an eagle caught me and we flew through orange lit canyons..hard to describe how beautifull it was but the wamth and peace of it makes me want to have same dream again but never have
