ps thank god for good hackers. for anyone in any doubt, this is why they really want more control of the internet, but in any case i highly doubt they will get it. they want control now yet cant stop these hackers so i cant see how they will stop them in the future

When I wanted to share the BBC link about the hack on my Facebook account, I got this:

"Security Check
Enter both words below, separated by a space.
Can't read the words below? Try different words or an audio captcha."

They are in full panic/control mode. Here's the google search for the email files, they are up as torrents.

This dichotomy was shown in this World Climate Report blog posted recently with a similar tale told in this paper by Ohio State Researcher David Bromwich, who agreed "It's hard to see a global warming signal from the mainland of Antarctica right now".

Indeed, according the NASA GISS data, the South Pole winter (June/July/August) has cooled about 1 degree F since 1957 and the coldest year was 2004.

As such, this is yet another instance of media deciding what is and isn't newsworthy.

How disgraceful.

From what I have read over the years, WHO, UN, Greenpeace, etc etc etc are connected tothese people. You'd be hardpressed to find a big organization not tied to them. Corruption to the core! Evil in the name of good.

For example:

Once Tim’s got a diagram here we’ll send that either later today or first thing tomorrow. I’ve just completed Mike’s Nature trick of adding in the real temps to each series for the last 20 years (ie from 1981 onwards) amd from 1961 for Keith’s to hide the decline. Mike’s series got the annual land and marine values while the other two got April-Sept for NH land N of 20N. The latter two are real for 1999, while the estimate for 1999 for NH combined is +0.44C wrt 61-90. The Global estimate for 1999 with data through Oct is +0.35C cf. 0.57 for 1998.

yes there are parts about hiding the medieval warm period, parts about 'hiding the decline' in temp and also parts about making sure everyone involved deletes all of their email corespondence

Yes.
Total unzipped folder unzips to 157 MB folder called FOIA
Emails contained in folder called mail at 7.64 MB in size.
The other folder is called documents at 149 MB in size.

I used a utility called winrar, which is free.

I got the zipped file from megaupload,
which is linked earlier in this thread.
