Just the other day me and my brother were driving down the motorway for a short distance, and I noticed he was driving slowly. I said why, and he said because of the cameras. So I started to mention about how these smart cameras on motorways aren't there for what are told, but he insisted that's rubbish and that they're there to reduce accidents because of the amount of vehicles on the roads. I then said "don't you think that's all been created to be like that so they can bring in this system?". He just couldnt grasp what I was trying to convey to him. Everything about smart this and smart that is about gathering more private data, but people don't seem to be able to understand that or imagine this could be happening, especially with utility meters in their homes. Just look at the amount of CCTV there is in the UK. Imagine for one second those images of people recorded are stored and harvested on some database; imagine the extending this further by having increasingly every inch of your movements surveiled, to the point where it's in the comfort of your own home. What the ultimate plan is behind this I don't know. Mark Devlin believes this is part of the transhumanist society we are heading towards, merging humans with technology.
Edit: I know I'm going slightly off topic here, but I feel it's worthy of the discussion somehow. But today I was travelling to a place by bus that I don't normally go to, and via a bus company I don't regularly use (not as that really matters I suppose). I got a return, day rider ticket thing, and on getting back on to return back I showed my ticket and this young driver stopped me and asked me to place the ticket (a regular ticket not a pass or anything like that) on this scanning machine; the I noticed the ticket had one of those strange barcode things which I've never noticed on any ticket I've bought before), but he seemed insistent I scanned my ticket on it; I asked him what was this for and he said "so it knows you're on the bus". I got a bad vibe about that. Whatever is going to be next?. Strangely I never noticed anyone else having to do the same whilst boarding with their tickets. Even OAPs and other passholders now have to scan their passes everytime they get on, yet not so long ago in the past this never was the case. More excuses to database peoples information and keep a tab on what they're doing and going. We need to put an end to it.

i was on uswitch comparing prices and the cheapest that uswitch could switch you to was bulb energy. there are cheaper ones if you tick suppliers uswitch cannot switch.
anyway looking at the bulb website, halfway down theres a comparison graph of not only the big 6 and bulb but every energy supplier and it actually tells you who they are.
very useful.

we know if you have a smart meter and change suppliers it becomes a dumb meter.
will it still be sending blasts of radiation every 30 seconds to your old supplier that fitted it?

I have no idea but more worryingly I think they have no idea either.

One would like to work on the principle that technological introductions are done by cold blooded, logical, sensible, forward thinking scientists, engineers, designers and technicians.

In the case of rushing through the smart meter bill even as the country was going into a savage recession under the auspices of the Labour Party led by Gordon "Prudence" Brown the only thing on their minds was not having to bail out the energy companies in the teeth of the recession which would have been an admission of failure of the privatisation in the first place.

once we get to 2020 all the cheapest tariffs will be linked to smart meter installation

Proving the excuse of installation as one that would save customers money was a big con that could only be fulfilled in relative terms by business cartel manipulation years after the exercise commenced bearing in mind even those that did not take up the offer of smart meters have been paying for the scheme all along.

Anarchy For The UK: Residents Win Court Case Against 5G Street Lamps That Made Them Sick

https://www.activistpost.com/2018/11...them-sick.html

By B.N. Frank

Insurance companies know better than to do business wireless companies anymore – it’s too risky. You can say that again.

Activist Post covered these UK residents earlier this year in their fight against newly installed street lamps that were making residents sick:

The town facing a ‘humanitarian crisis’ caused by the radiation from state-of-the-art street lamps:

Residents have endured insomnia, nose bleeds and even stillbirths, scientist claims”

Excerpt: “Mr Steele, who was part of the IEEE, which claims to be ‘the world’s largest technical professional organisation dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity’, said: ‘We are seeing babies dying in the womb as these transmitters are situated outside people’s bedroom windows. It’s a humanitarian crisis.”

Residents will not back down about this. They want the light bulbs to be replaced.

Public Health England (PHE) is also speaking out against these bulbs: “New LED streetlights could damage eyesight and disrupt sleep, warns Public Health England”

What Consumers Really Should Know About Microwave & Smart Technologies Before It’s Too Late

https://www.naturalblaze.com/2018/11...-too-late.html

For those who are ambivalent about microwave and “smart” technologies, or truly are addicted and can’t live without them, I’d like to introduce you to two important works written by an MD who understands fully what’s going on and the ‘games’ being played by vested interest groups for the control and implementation of a “new world order” based in illogical consensus science rather than actual hard-core scientific principles.

The Doctor is Cindy Russell, a plastic surgeon who treats breast cancer patients; is Vice President of Community Health for the Santa Clara County Medical Association; and is Executive Director of Physicians for Safe Technology.

Who's gonna read stuff from "Activist Post" or any other alternative thinking media news website?. Noone. If it's not covered in any mainstream news media then Joe Public will not want to read about it, nor will they think it's a trustworthy, reliable source of information. They're gonna think it's bullshit made up by idiots.

Even if concerns of 5G get mentioned in the MSM, it's usually played down somewhat, and they make out that its just a few random, rare cases.

I don't know whether I can trust this Mark Steele dude; is that even his real name? it sounds like a made up name to me. Too many people in the alternative use these silly fake or anonymous names, and if they're genuine then why use a fake name? Are they scared the govt are gonna come knocking on their door?.

At the end of the day, whether we like it or not, whether it's dangerous to health or not, it's probably likely 5G will be rolled out, same goes for smart meters. There's just far too much money to be made off of it. I agree with Mark Devlin that, once it's rolled out it will be impossible for it to be reversed.

If 5G really turns out to be as dangerous as some reports claim, the truth will out. It may take some time, but it will be exposed. The dangers of thalidomide, tobacco, sugar, etc. were all known about for years, but vested interests covered them up. But eventually the dangers could be covered up no longer.

There are grey areas where the benefits can be argued as outweigh the dangers - deaths and injuries caused by motor vehicles, nuclear power, agricultural chemicals for example. So maybe in 20 years time we'll have either realised the 5G health effects are largely psychosomatic, very rare, diminished by adaptive technology or a risk we're prepared to take.

Remember how many of us have had our lives directly or indirectly affected by road traffic accidents. No one is seriously trying to ban cars. Adaptive design has made them safer for all. The remaining dangers we reluctantly accept...

If there are any serious health effects from 5G or other wireless system, it's likely to be accumulative, ie only noticeable over a long, progressive period of time, enough so people don't notice what's happened. They obvious know that's the idea, to not have people smelling the coffee and figuring out people are becoming ill as result of all the EMF microwave radiation that's around them. It's the old "drip, drip, drip" stepping stone. Of course I hear all the time that the controllers are desperate to roll this out asap, which they say is because they are desperate to stop people waking up. I'm not sure about that.

Vodafone first to switch on full 5G in the UK
October 25, 2018
Vodafone site in Salford, Greater Manchester, now carrying live 5G trial traffic
5G site to support Vodafone’s new innovation centre in collaboration with the Mayor of Greater Manchester
Media and tech companies, as well as digital start-ups, can try out 5G before it’s launched
Vodafone today became the first company in the UK to carry full 5G over a commercial network.

Live mobile data traffic is now being streamed to and from the Internet exclusively over 5G from a site in Salford, Greater Manchester, connected to Vodafone’s nationwide converged fibre network. Until now, companies have tested the technology either within a single location, or using parts of the 4G network to complete the 5G service.

Only last month Vodafone conducted the UK’s first holographic call using 5G spectrum from its Manchester office with Steph Houghton MBE, England and Manchester City Women’s Football Captain.

Crony Deal Between Telecom Giants And Feds To Radiate Your Home
POSTED ON NOVEMBER 8, 2018NATURAL LIVING

https://www.naturalblaze.com/2018/11...your-home.html

State and local government shut out. Health risks ignored. Action Alert!

Telecom companies are preparing to unleash the next wave of wireless technology in neighborhoods across the nation, deployed block by block. The telecoms industry, with an assist by the federal government, is barring the ability of local governments to manage how the new technologies get installed. We must speak out to prevent telecom giants and their government cronies from taking away our rights and threatening our health.

Telecom companies are installing the infrastructure needed for “5G” networks, which are up to 1,000 times faster than the current 4G networks. Setting up 5G networks requires “small cells” to be placed on streetlights and utility poles throughout neighborhoods and cities. These “small cells” include antennas, power supplies, electric meters, switches, bundles of cables, and boxes—all strapped to the poles. Some have refrigerator-sized containers on the ground. These cells are supposed to be placed every 500 feet along residential streets and through commercial districts.

Energy companies are charging households without a smart meter up to £150 more every year - so how much is not having one costing you?
Gas and electricity customers face higher bills for not using a new 'smart' meter
Energy firms are accused of bullying households by not saying they are optional
Suppliers resort to using cheap deals to lure customers into using the devices
The Government wants energy firms to offer smart meters to every household by 2020

Gas and electricity customers who refuse to have smart meters installed face energy bills of up to £150 extra a year.

Increasing numbers of suppliers now offer their cheapest tariffs only to customers who agree to have their home’s traditional meters replaced with the new technology.

Energy firms are under pressure from the Government to offer every household a smart meter by 2020, which show how much energy costs as it is used and sends readings wirelessly to the provider.
