Sad news...RIP and thoughts to those that were close to him.One doesn't like to speculate with no evidence, but this is suspicious. A consipracy in a consipracy. Is this the future for bloggers who get too close?

yeah this just doesn't add up anyhow. he was a spiritual person and very sane and understanding researcher. honestly I'm too sad I can't even think about how he killed himself...
it looks like they want us to give up, well bad news for them,, Rik's research will be carried on and we will get into the bottom of this crap they are pulling over our eyes.

Can we please keep this thread as a place to show respect and not for discussion of subjects that can be addressed elsewhere.

Thanks.

Thats terrible news, i didn't comment on the fact his blog was down as i though some people were over reacting, and he just wanted some anonymity.
I really didnt expect this.
RIP

What a terribly sad thing to hear about. I am so lost for words.

My heart goes out to Rik's friends and family, and I share in the grief of all here who are feeling the loss of this young life - the people of planet Earth have just lost another wonderful fellow truth seeker.

May your spirit be free Rik.

I spoke with him a few times when he first started his blog. My blog was actually the first listed on his, and vice-versa

I openly questioned the guy when his work was "removed" under suspicious and theatrical circumstances. I never bought that at all, I'm sorry to say

But now this? I can't believe anyone would contrive this awful story so it looks like I was horribly wrong all along

I know some people from his neighbourhood so I'll see what I can find out tomorrow

Right now I'm just a bit shocked and more than a bit ashamed of myself

Sorry Rik

Oh no. I couldn't believe this when I saw the thread title. How tragic for Rik's family and friends. I feel so, so sad. I am actually crying for that wonderful young man. 26 years old and everything going for him. Good looks, great personality, wonderful mind and so creative. He had such gifts. And he loved his research work, he was so enthusiastic and vibrant. And seemed modest with it all.

What a loss for us all.

too sad for words.

There's a facebook site set up by family and friends with funeral arrangements on. Someone posted a link but I can't find it now.

Edit: oh, it's here: http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gi...Drik%2Bclay%2B
