I'm very disappointed they didn't add any spooky music to go with it. Another 2 mins of my life wasted watching nonsense. Symbolism is everywhere, it's not always necessarily bad.
Anyways, off to watch the footie now. Argentine v France.

FIFA World Cup from the beginning has been a hyper political event. Its loaded with symbolism and propaganda. And of course the logo is too. The logo works like a magic spell imprinting a new image of Russia into the minds of billions of viewers
