I'm also seeing a lot of small businesses close

I wouldn't be surprised if we see lots more 'for sale' signs as people seek to downsize their homes

Food banks are also on the rise

We are seeing austerity crumble the bottom rungs of society and squeeze the middle

When people have less spending money then they stop spending on luxuries first like music, drink, clothes, holidays etc which will affect many businesses

Yes but you'll also notice it's on the up again. Via Amazon 200,000 new songs are added to Spotify every day.
