Yep the forum is getting worse when fucking Celine Dion makes the headlines on today's news and nobody has mentioned Tommy Robinson working for UKIP,
As for my post on Blade Runner remember its posted on Entertainment and i was trying to get a discussion going maybe you should watch the movie and read a book by Philip K Dick ! |

Well it is in the Entertainment subforum, I did enjoy the theatrical release version and didn't know as much about the other versions. Not saw those but had heard, just didn't feel like watching as I like the "Happy ending".

II'm with you i prefer the happy ending and the scene where Deckard drives off with Rachel in the daylight is great with Vangelis music playing, they used the mountain scenes from Stanley Kubrick The Shining.

Yes i watched Blade Runner 2049 i wasn't impressed, it was too clinical and a depressing film, it didn't help that Ryan Gosling was in the movie, he is a terrible actor with the same facial expression in every movie, the new Blade Runner movie had no emotion and i was really disappointed, just watch Blade Runner especially Rutger Hauer as the Replicant Roy Batty , listen to Roy Batty dying words 'Tears in Rain' Blade Runner is 36 years old and its one of the greatest sci fi movies and there is a message in the film, forget about the new movie it bombed and is hated.

HiSad to hear you didn't like Blade Runner, to me the film is about life the Replicant is man made and does not want to die , he values life so much he saves Deckard who is human and wants to kill him, maybe if you went back and watched the film it might open your eyes.

'We can build you'?
That book? I was just reading it today funnily enough. Had no idea it relates to 'Blade Runner' probably because I've never seen that film.

So you are a great actor or acting coach then?
If not, you are speaking out of turn, as he has made multi-million dollar films that sell out theatres for months. Which film were you a part of that did the same...? Sounds as though you are just bitter and/or jealous. |

Are you serious about Ryan Gosling ? He is totally wooden i have seen more life in a corpse, as for staring in multimillion pound movies so has The Rock but i wouldn't say he is a great actor and i don't need to be a actor to know if someone is a shit actor that doesn't make sense. |

No - it was based on Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep although I'd say that most of what ade the film epic isn't really in the book - it was Ridley Scott's vision, Rutger Hauer's cahrisma, Daryl Hanna's ahem need I say more

Actually, think I did read the book, that's the one with the Mercer religion in it? Throwing rocks at the leader. No idea how that could have made it into the film but might have to get another copy to give it another go.

You don't have to be an actor yourself to have an opinion.
Many blockbusters have great visuals, audio, CGI and so on but average or even worse acting.
