There is a book called Drug War Against America by Dr John Coleman. Available as a PDF ;-)

That has a lot of information about who launders what, foreign aid, and how the UK, US and China are behind the majority of the drug deals.

BCCI - Laundering op for Uk and Middle east intelligence, among others. Used again to fund arms sales to Iraq.
