Default Forced Adoption /child trafficking in the UK

How do we stop forced adoptions?

children are abducted by the state without recourse to extended families
and Judges are rubber stamping the court orders

the whole system is a shambles and corruption runs so deep,
the only way seems to be, to prevent them taking the children
by using some sort of redemption process and/or making the courts
accountable, which appears almost impossible

Has anybody used the freeman route/commercial redemption to 1) protect children from the state 2) redeem children already taken?

it has been said to NOT register baby's birth, so the state has no claim to your baby.

I feel there is some weight to this as I was frogmarched by the satan worker, and watched over as I registered my baby

are you going through this??

I have successfully (in that it has not been rebutted) claimed ownership of any person, legal fiction or title applied to my son via an affidavit prior to registration.

Not sure if it will work but it was the best I could think of at the time. Does seem somewhat hypocritical though to register and then claim ownership of the registration!

Sorry to be a bit "dim" ... what exactly do you mean by this?
You were escorted by some pseudo authority figure to ensure you registered your baby??

I assume social worker. Which is kind of odd considering they would have no authority over the person, oh, sorry yes they would!!!!

when they have your newborn baby 'in care' [pot smoking chavs] and they come and pick you up and drive you to the registrar, and sit over you til you sign, well, you just do, otherwise I wouldn't have got 'contact' with my baby.

before anyone starts with comments...I did not know about the freeman stuff back then, I had just given birth and spent every night pacing up and down my living room in the most undescribable agony. They have you over hot coals and they knew it. I just wish I knew this site back then. Same sorta thing happened to Rob.

They knew (as you do now) that without you or another PERSON informing on the birth of your son, they could not legally (not lawfully) take YOUR baby away from you then or in the future.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

yeah they are reeeeal pieces of work...

they are working to a profit see...nice 12k for each child.

Its forums like these that don't pussy foot around such issues, and can get info out to help other families.

I have a fmotl page on my site, and while I am reading into it, I have not put anything on, cept about the SS and debt, and a link to link this forum

Does anyone have any proof of this?
That social services (or whichever corporation) is paid £12k per child upon registration?

Or was this just a figure plucked out of the air?

It seems an incredibly important piece of the puzzle.
I've seen speculation about a "finders fee"; but never a specific figure nor verifiable proof or confirmation of such.

It was once that local authoritys were set a target to reach with adoptions. If they did more adoptions etc. Then the star rating would be greater. Meaning more funds for the local authority. This led to claims that some kids were taken to order by the SS in some regions. It was policy for a while, not sure if it still is. Me and baron von lotsov posted about it in another thread ages ago. There is more info on the subject contained in that old thread. Use search and you should be able to find it. Its over a year ago I think.

I had a strange conversation with a foster care friend the other day.

she told me social workers are always breaking the rule's and she's so sick of it she is considering giving up caring.

She has a new young sw and she was told at a meeting that as the recession bites harder more children will be taken into care, because more families will split from the pressure of financial problems.Very frightening statement from a social worker.

Almost killmicrosoft, very interesting link as well.....
Think Ive found what were looking for here :

http://edmi.parliament.uk/EDMi/EDMDe...40&SESSION=899
Early Day Motion

EDM 958

ADOPTION PERFORMANCE INDICATOR PAF C23
03.03.2009

Hemming, John
That this House notes that the Government abolished the adoption target BV163 in April 2008; considers that the Government should have abolished PAF C23 at the same time, a performance indicator that has the same definition; is concerned that Ofsted continues to put pressure on local authorities to increase the number of adoptions; recognises that the only significant way in which this can be done is to increase the adoptions of babies and toddlers; notes that the disparity between Scotland and England in respect of this issue is blatant; and calls on the Department for Children, Schools and Families to stop pressurising local authorities through Ofsted to increase adoptions and to abolish the performance indicator PAF C23.

It really is exactly as it says in the EDM, we have been duped into believing that adoption targets completely stopped in April 2008, they didnt they simply carried on under PAF C23 instead of BV 163

Next bit of research is what exactly their incentive is....will it be cash as pre April 08 or will it simply be severe slaps on the wrists for not fulfilling their targets ???

cheers,

http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/reques...for_birth_cert

Dear Sir or Madam,

Please can you explain why 2 different birth certificates are
supplied when a child's birth if registered in the County and
whether these original certificates are kept within the counties
registration department or sent on and if so to which department
and for what purpose.

It appears the certified copies supplied are only copies of an
entry of record, not a copy of the original birth
certificates;Certificate of live birth and certified copy of an
entry.

Can you please state if this give the authority a right of claim
over these children once registered , thereby creating a trust
which would enable the state to remove children if they so desired,
because they have the title/claim to these children that is greater
than the parents.

Or why the full implications of registering children is not fully
explained to the parents.

The only way to stop this evil is to expose the lot of them.If they have nothing to hide they have nothing to worry about.

Thank you for confirming that Kent County Council create "fantasy
birth parents in Closed Adoptions" as I am sure you are aware,
these occur in Closed Family Courts, hidden from the Public's gaze.

Quote “Misconceptions about birth parents is usually alleviated by these
meetings for the concurrency carers for the child and again through the
messages they receive in later life (through the use of life story work
and from carers themselves) enables the child to hold realistic
information rather than creating 'fantasy birth parents' as may be the
case in Closed Adoptions.”
