Default dehydrated vegetables

got a bulk for really cheap at my local farmers market that consisted of carrots, onion, tomatoes, spinach, celery, red & green bell peppers. i tried it out and added it to a stew i made and it was absolutely wonderful.

a bag doesn't take up much space nor does it weigh much. and you can make a meal just by boiling the blend with some water or stock. also added some arrowroot as a thickener.

just passing it on cuz the meal was wonderful!

I bought my wife an electric food dehydrator last spring. It's a lot easier to dry veggies than to can them, and the storage area required is much less too...
