New FCC Ruling Gives The Government Control Over 5G Internet Rollout
by Tyler Durden
Tue, 10/02/2018 - 10:16

Authored by Derrick Broze via ConsciousResistance.com,

As the push towards 5G-powered 'Smart' surveillance cities begins across the United States the Federal Communications Commission has approved a new rule limiting the power of local authorities.

On Monday October 1st, Sacramento, Houston, Indianapolis and Los Angeles became the first cities to gain access to Verizon’s 5G Wireless service. The City of Sacramento has become a focus of Verizon’s nationwide expansion of 5G, or 5th Generation Cellular technology. “We were able to make Sacramento one of our first 5G cities because Mayor Darrell Steinberg and city leaders embraced innovation and developed a strategic vision for how 5G could be a platform for the larger Sacramento technology ecosystem,” said Jonathan LeCompte, Pacific Market president for Verizon.

The rollout of 5G is expected to herald the beginning of Smart Cities, where driverless cars, pollution sensors, cell phones, traffic lights, and thousands of other devices interact in what is known as “The Internet of Things”. The move towards the smart grid was hastened last week when the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) approved a rule that will limit the role of local authorities regarding the build of 5G networks, specifically the amount city officials can charge telecommunication companies (“Big Tech”).

The Hill reported on the new rule:

“All four commissioners offered support for the rule, with Democrat Jessica Rosenworcel dissenting over only part of the proposal. When the new rules take effect, local officials will have 60 to 90 days to review installation requests.

Republicans on the commission say that limiting what they see as exorbitant fees in major cities will free up capital for companies like Verizon and AT&T to invest in building out their networks in underserved rural areas. The commission estimated that the rule will save wireless providers $2 billion.”

However, there are those who are resisting the race towards the “smart” future. The mayors of Los Angeles and Philadelphia opposed the rule and accused the FCC of overriding local authority to regulate the new technology. Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti sent a letter to the FCC stating that the rules would override previous agreements established by local authorities and Verizon and AT&T. In addition, before the vote a group of House Democrats wrote to FCC Chairman Ajit Pai asking him to cancel the vote.

“This is extraordinary federal overreach,” Rosenworcel said of the rule. “I do not believe the law permits Washington to run roughshod over state and local authority like this and I worry the litigation that follows will only slow our 5G future.” The Hill also notes that critics argue that the rush to a 5G future is leading to an increased “digital divide” between those who have faster internet abilities and those who do not.

Sascha Meinrath, the Palmer Chair in Telecommunications for Pennsylvania State University, believes the rule will contribute to decreased competition. “What’s preventing deployment is not permitting fees from local governments, its anti-competitive behavior from the incumbents,” he told InsideSources in an interview. “If you study telecom history, this is a cycle that happens again and again and again.”
Is 5G safe?

Other concerns of the 5G expansion include potential health risks due to the need for an increase in cellular equipment. 5G technology is reported to be 100 times faster than current speeds but the signal is short so cities must install thousands of new “small cells” on current infrastructure, as well as new equipment. Critics worry about the health impact of these cells. GovTech reports:

“Additionally, the proliferation of small cells has prompted worries over potential health risks, particularly given how close some pole-mounted antennas are to homes. The FCC last updated its radiation exposure guidelines more than two decades ago, based mostly on existing cellphone towers. Citizens in several communities have protested installations, and the agency is in the process of updating its standards.”

The Verge also reported that the “FCC excludes these small cell cites from being reviewed for environmental impacts and impacts on the historical character of an area. It also limits review on tribal lands.” Health concerns regarding the dangers of cell phones and 5G have been prompted by a May 2011 assessment in which the World Health Organization’s International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) classified cell phones as Category 2B for “possibly carcinogenic to humans“. In addition, in August 2016, the LA Times asked, “Is 5G technology dangerous? Early data shows a slight increase of tumors in male rats exposed to cellphone radiation”.

That report shows that National Toxicology Program researchers released preliminary data in May 2016 which showed small increases in tumors in male rats exposed to cellphone radiation. The rats were exposed to nine hours of radiation daily, in 10-minutes-on, 10-minutes-off intervals, over their whole bodies for two years. The researchers found increased incidences of rare brain and heart tumors starting at about the federally allowable level of cellphone radiation for brain exposure, with greater incidences at about two and four times those levels.

Privacy, a Thing of the Past

The coming Smart Grid also threatens to wipe away the last vestiges of privacy – all in the name of convenience, novelty, and (allegedly) safety. However, the dangers are largely being ignored in favor of touting the perceived benefits. The ACLU described the surveillance dangers of 5G technology:

“Many of these technologies involve cameras that can be tasked with jobs that range from keeping track of traffic to monitoring when the corner trash can gets full. The problems start when they’re also used for tracking people and their movements. In a city blanketed with cameras — including in LED light bulbs found in streetlights — it would be very easy for the government to track which political meetings, religious institutions, doctors offices, and other sensitive locations people go to and to focus its attention even more on traditionally over-policed communities. This is why these “Smart Cities” are also referred to as “Surveillance Cities.”

The FCC and city officials must conduct further studies on the potential health effects related to the roll out of 5G. Also, the people of these cities must have a chance to comment on the health and privacy implications. Unfortunately, it seems most people are either totally in the dark about this situation or welcoming 5G because of the prospect of “living in the future now.”

Smear and Shekels
Gilad Atzmon

Haaretz reveals today that Canary Mission a Hasbara defamation outlet that was established to “spread fear among undergraduate activists, posting more than a thousand political dossiers on student supporters of Palestinian rights,” is funded by one of the largest Jewish charities in the U.S.

According to Haaretz; the Forward, an American Jewish outlet, “has definitively identified a major donor to Canary Mission. It is a foundation controlled by the Jewish Community Federation of San Francisco, a major Jewish charity with an annual budget of over $100 million.” We could have guessed the funding was from such an organisation. We somehow knew that it wasn’t the Iranian government or Hamas who sent shekels to the Zionist smear factory. Haaretz continues, “for three years, a website called Canary Mission has spread fear among undergraduate activists, posting more than a thousand political dossiers on student supporters of Palestinian rights. The dossiers are meant to harm students’ job prospects, and have been used in interrogations by Israeli security officials.”

Canary Mission is indeed a nasty operation and far from unique. We have seen similar efforts within the Jewish institutional universe for some time. It might be reasonable to opine that smear has become a new Jewish industry. Consistent with the rules of economics, many new Jewish bodies have entered the profitable business, and these outlets have competed mercilessly with each other for donations and funds.

This is precisely a variation on the battle we have seen in Britain in the last few years. Almost every British Jewish institution joined the ‘Corbyn defamation’ contest, competing over who could toss the most dirt on the Labour party and its leader. The outcome was magnificent. Last week at Labour’s annual conference, the party unanimously expressed its firm opposition to Israel and took the Palestinian’s side.

Badmouthing is not really a ‘Zionist symptom.’ Unfortunately, it is a Jewish political obsession. In between its fund raisers, it seems that Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP) invests a lot of energy in smearing some of the more dedicated truth tellers. Mondoweiss, another Jewish outlet, practices this game as well.

I, myself, have been subjected to hundreds of such smear campaigns by so called ‘anti’ Zionist Jews who were desperate to stop the circulation of my work on Jewish ID politics. But these frantic efforts only served to support my thesis that the issues to do with Israel and Palestine extend far beyond the Zionist/anti debate. We had better dig into the meaning of Jewishness and its contemporary political implications.

Once again the question is, why do self-identified Jewish activists use these ugly tactics? Why do they insist upon smearing and terrorising instead of engaging in a proper scholarly and/or political debate?

Choseness is one possible answer. People who are convinced of their own exceptional nature often lack an understanding of the ‘other.’ This deficiency may well interfere with the ability to evolve a code of universal ethics.

The other answer may have something to do with the battle for funds. As we learned from Haaretz, the Canary Mission is funded by one of the richest Jewish American funds. Badmouthing has value. ‘You defame, we send money.’ Unfortunately this holds for Zionists and ‘anti’ alike.

Crucially, in this battle, Jews often oppose each other. Haaretz writes that the Canary Mission “has been controversial since it appeared in mid-2015, drawing comparisons to a McCarthyite blacklist.” And it seems that some Zionist Jews eventually gathered that the Canary smear factory gives Jews a bad name.

Tilly Shames, who runs the campus Hillel at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, told the Forward that “the tactics of the organisation are troubling, both from a moral standpoint, but have also proven to be ineffective and counterproductive,”

Shames said that Canary Mission’s publication of dossiers on students on her campus had led to greater support for the targeted students and their beliefs, and had spread mistrust of pro-Israel students, who were suspected of spying for Canary Mission.

This dynamic can be explained. My study of Jewish controlled opposition postulates that self-identified Jewish activists always attempt to dominate both poles of any debate that is relevant to Jewish interests. Once it was accepted that Palestine was becoming a ‘Jewish problem,’ a number of Jewish bodies became increasingly involved in steering the Palestinian solidarity movement. We then saw that they diluted the call for the Palestinian Right of Return and replaced it with watery notions that, de facto, legitimise Israel.

When it was evident that the Neocon school was, in practice, a Ziocon war machine, we saw bodies on the Jewish Left steer the anti-war call. When some British Jews realised that the Jewish campaign against Corbyn might backfire, they were astonishingly quick to form Jews for Jeremy that rapidly evolved into Jewish Voice for Labour (JVL). The battle over the next British PM became an internal Jewish debate. The rule is simple: every public dispute that is somehow relevant to Jewish interests will quickly become an exclusive internal Jewish debate.

Hillel activists see that Canary Mission is starting to backfire. Together with Forward and Haaretz, they have quickly positioned themselves at the forefront of the opposition.

How Globalists Plan To Use Technology And Poverty To Enslave The Masses
Thursday, 04 October 2018 05:36
Brandon Smith

Tyranny is often seen as a sudden and inexplicable development in a society; the product of a singular despot that rockets to power for a limited window of time due to public fear or stupidity. This is one of the great lies of the modern era.

The truth is that for at least the past century almost every historically despised “tyrant” was merely a puppet of a larger managerial cabal, and the construction of each totalitarian state was accomplished slowly and quietly over the course of decades by those same financial elitists. From the Bolsheviks, to Hitler and the Third Reich, to Mao Zedong, to most tin-pot dictators across the Middle East and Africa, there has always been an organized group of money men and think tanks fueling the careers of the worst politicians and military juntas of the epoch.

The rise of a tyrannical system takes extensive time, planning and staging. Human beings do not simply jump right into the arms of a dystopian nightmare regime impulsively at a moment’s notice. We have been told by popular media that this is how it works; that during hard economic or social conditions men with charismatic personalities and evil intentions suddenly rise to the surface and take power by promising a better world in exchange for public fealty. But where did those economic and social crises come from to begin with? Were they a natural consequence of the era, or were they deliberately engineered?

The reality is that people must be psychologically conditioned to trade freedom for the illusion of safety. Sometimes this takes generations. Every attempt at a totalitarian framework inevitably elicits a rebellion. Therefore, the most successful tyranny would be one that the public DEMANDS. They have to think it is their idea, otherwise they will eventually fight it.

Globalist financiers and power addicts need something more than mere military might or bureaucratic force to obtain their ideal slave society. They need 4th Generation warfare tactics. They need to con the masses into accepting their own servitude.

There are two tools that make this outcome possible: The first is controlled economic decline, the second is the integration of a technological gulag into every aspect of public life.

Economic Weapons Of Mass Distraction

It is no coincidence that dictatorial governments gain prominence as the global economy suffers; it is extremely difficult for people to remain vigilant to tyranny when they are completely distracted by their own survival. This is why my focus as an analyst has always been primarily on economics and solutions to fiscal disaster; it all begins and ends with the economy. If the public can be prepped to develop their own alternative economic systems before a crisis occurs, then they will be less distracted by the chaos and more apt to notice when the globalists offer tyranny as a fix-all.

Without alternative markets at the local level there is no redundancy, no protection from a crash. With most people dependent on the existing system for their livelihoods, the economy becomes a very useful weapon for the globalists.

Holding the economy hostage creates numerous advantages. Through deflationary pressure wages can be kept low while higher paying jobs disappear. Manufacturing can be phased out or outsourced overseas, as in the U.S. Small business ownership becomes difficult as taxes generally rise while financial conditions decline.

Through inflationary or stagflationary pressures, low wages and the inadequate job market are combined with exploding prices. This makes survival for many people untenable without government aid.

In this environment, the working public becomes reliant on the service sector, which provides no useful skill sets. Soon, you have entire generations of people with no production abilities whatsoever. They become drones working in meaningless office and retail jobs squandering away their days knowing that they are accomplishing nothing beyond a meager paycheck.

The lack of a greater purpose or mission in life and the nagging realization that the average person has no productive capacity creates a palpable atmosphere of desperation. They do not own their own work, and they have nothing much to show for their labor; nothing to point at and say, “I built that.” The public gets to the point that they may even welcome an economic collapse simply to escape the drudgery.

This is where movements to support totalitarianism come from — the subset of citizens that are fed up with fighting against the economy and have no sense of independence. These people do not know how to solve their own problems, they are always looking for someone else to do it for them. The globalists are happy to suggest their own predetermined solutions to the public once the financial structure hits a point of maximum pain.

However, after the economy is repaired in exchange for the submission of the citizenry, people might still decide one day that the trade was unfair. Thus, a deterrent is needed to keep them in line.

The Technological Fish Tank

It is important to understand that there is no major country in the western OR eastern world that is not building a digital control grid, and this helps to support my position that eastern nations are just as subservient to globalist demands as western nations. All the geopolitical drama surrounding events like the trade war, the Syrian war or various elections, etc.; none of this matters in the end. When determining if the strings of a particular government are being pulled by the globalist cabal, all you have to do is look at how quickly they are implementing oppressive systems that serve globalist interests.

For example, India’s government has been hitting the news feeds lately as their supreme court recently ruled that the controversial Aadhaar biometric program is legal. In a nation of 1.3 billion people, around 1 billion have already been biometrically profiled in a national database. This data can include fingerprints, iris scans and face scans.

I have heard it argued that India is a rather odd place to experiment with such a database, considering 60% of the population is under the poverty line and most people barely have basic amenities. But I would point out that this is why it is a PERFECT place for the globalists to start cataloging the world population on larger scale.

Again, financial desperation and a lack of productions skills tends to produce subservience. Hundreds of millions of poverty stricken people in India’s sprawling urban sewers are voluntarily giving up their biometric data in exchange for government aid programs.

For the people not anchored down by the poor economy India has instituted other measures, including requiring anyone accessing government services, opening a bank account or signing up for a mobile phone service also give up their biometrics to the government. In nations not yet impoverished at India’s level, more subversive measures have been instituted for surveillance of the population. Data is simply taken rather than traded.

In Russia, Vladimir Putin has put the Yarovaya laws he signed in 2016 into effect. All digital data from phone conversations to emails is now recorded and stored by telecoms for government access for a minimum of six months, this includes Facebook and Twitter posts. The 2014 bloggers law also requires any blogger with over 3,000 followers be put on government file and they cannot remain anonymous. Any business operating a public Wi-Fi network is required by law to identify users by ID, which is also stored for at least six months.

Russia’s FISA-style surveillance grid is vast, yet, many people in the liberty movement seem to ignore this reality with misplaced Putin-worship. As I have noted in numerous articles, Russia is heavily influenced by international financiers.

Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan are the largest investment banks in the country. Their central bank works closely with the IMF and the BIS. The Kremlin has in the past called for a global currency controlled by the IMF. And Putin even admits in his own biography First Person that he has been friends with New World Order salesman Henry Kissinger since before he became president of Russia. In a latest show of how globalist Russia really is, the Russian Foreign Minister recently criticized the U.S. in a speech to the U.N. general assembly over its “attacks” on the “international order,” including undermining the World Trade Organization and global climate change agreements.

With the above in mind, it should come as no surprise to anyone that Russia is playing right along with globalist efforts to identify and track every single living person. It should also come as no surprise that Donald Trump, surrounded by globalists within his own cabinet, is continuing and expanding FISA surveillance under his administration.

At the beginning of 2018 Trump signed a bill renewing the National Security Agency’s warrantless FISA mass surveillance of the American population. Leading Democrats happily supported the action. Despite all of Trump’s rhetoric against FISA recently, it was Trump that made FISA’s continuation possible.

Major social media companies are cooperating wholeheartedly with mass surveillance efforts as they share personal data with governments around the world regularly. Facebook alone saw an increase in government requests for data of over 33% in 2017, and the nature of most of this data sharing is not open to public scrutiny.

This is one reason why I'm rather bewildered by the recent conservative fury over social media discrimination - it's as if personal liberty activists are being tricked with reverse psychology to DEMAND unhindered participation in media sites that spy on them. Why does anyone still want to sign up for these websites?

But where is this all going? How does the combination of poverty and digital surveillance translate to tyranny? I believe China’s “social credit” program is the answer. The system is based on the idea of "maintaining trust", but whose trust? Well, the government's trust, of course. Trust is measured using a social credit score that is tracked over a citizen's life. Punished behaviors include anything from smoking in a no smoking area to publishing internet content that the powers-that-be disapprove of.

China is representative of the end game for the globalist ideal for civilization. With mass economic struggle leading to dependency on government welfare programs and employment opportunities, few citizens can afford to be “blacklisted.” China’s social credit system creates an environment in which any and every action on the part of citizens is tracked and then “rated” for acceptance or consequence. This includes how people express attitudes toward the government itself. Obviously, this is the ultimate control mechanism, very similar to the Cheka established by Lenin and Stalin in Russia after the Bolshevik Revolution, but on a massive digital scale.

This is why mass surveillance is evil, regardless of whether someone is breaking the laws or not. It gives government the power to dictate and mold behavior by inspiring self-censorship rather than holding people directly at gun point. It is tyranny enforced in a less obvious way; a prison in which the prisoners maintain the locks and the chains and the bars. Individuals do not dare do anything outside of collective norms for fear that it could be interpreted as socially negative. Punishment might include loss of access to the economy itself, and when most people are living from paycheck to paycheck, this could mean death.

no such thing as a 'jewish lobby' or 'jewish power'?

Jewish Community Federation admits it secretly funded Canary Mission

Nora Barrows-Friedman Activism and BDS Beat 5 October 2018

The once-shadowy funding structures and partnerships between US-based Israel lobby groups and the Israeli government to spy on, blacklist and threaten American activists are increasingly emerging into the cold hard light of day, as revelation has followed revelation over the past weeks.

An investigation by The Forward on Wednesday revealed that a major San Francisco-based Jewish communal organization has been a top funder of Canary Mission, the anonymous website that aims to tarnish the reputations of US supporters of Palestinian rights.

Meanwhile, documents now prove that Israel’s Ministry of Strategic Affairs has been using Canary Mission “to bar political activists from entering Israel,” according to Israeli daily Haaretz, corroborating testimonies by activists, students and human rights lawyers.

The ministry is in charge of Israel’s global war against the boycott, divestment and sanctions (BDS) movement, an effort that reportedly involves the use of clandestine “black ops.”
Barring entry

The documents were released as part of a legal appeal filed by Florida graduate student Lara Alqasem, who was detained by Israeli airport officials earlier this week.

Alqasem lost the appeal on Thursday and could be deported based on information compiled by Canary Mission, which listed her support of the BDS campaign and her involvement with Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) at the University of Florida.

She has appealed her deportation order.

Upon her entry to Ben Gurion airport, she was reportedly racially profiled on the basis of her perceived Palestinian ancestry. Airport officials searched for her on Canary Mission, then “passed her name on for ‘continued handling’ by the ministry because of ‘suspicion of boycott activity,’” Haaretz reports.

Alqasem had a visa, granted by the Israeli consulate in Miami, Florida, to study at Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

The ministry also cited the SJP chapter’s 2016 call for a boycott of Sabra hummus, even though Alqasem said she had not taken an active part in the campaign, according to Haaretz.

This past January, Israel’s strategic affairs minister Gilad Erdan announced a blacklist specifically barring members of 20 human rights organizations, including Students for Justice in Palestine, from territory it controls.

In 2017, Israel passed a law that bars entry or residency to non-Israelis who advocate for a boycott, including a boycott of settlements in the occupied West Bank.
Coordinating activities

The latest revelations about Canary Mission follow those coming out of a censored Al Jazeera investigative film.

In late August, The Electronic Intifada published exclusive excerpts that reveal that operatives who rely on information provided by Canary Mission “coordinate” their activities with the Israeli government.

The revelations helped to explain recent reports that Canary Mission profiles are being used by Israeli border officials to deny Palestinian Americans entry to their homeland.

The Al Jazeera film also exposed one major funder of Canary Mission: Adam Milstein, a high-profile figure in the Israel lobby, and the head of The Israel Project.

His foundation funds such anti-Palestinian organizations as the Israel on Campus Coalition, StandWithUs, CAMERA, the AMCHA Initiative and the Foundation for Defense of Democracies.

Milstein has denied any links to Canary Mission.
“Within their own ranks”

On Wednesday, The Forward revealed another top donor to the blacklisting website: the Helen Diller Family Foundation, controlled by the Jewish Community Federation of San Francisco.

Jaclyn Saifer, president of the Diller Foundation board, has also been a member of the board of visitors of the University of California, Berkeley since 2015.

“Mainstream American Jewish leaders have claimed not to know who funds Canary Mission. As it turns out, a big chunk of the money came from within their own ranks,” noted reporter Josh Nathan-Kazis in The Forward.

According to tax filings, the Diller Foundation gave $100,000 to Canary Mission in 2016 via the Central Fund of Israel, a major donor to illegal Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank.

The Central Fund of Israel was named in a 2013 lawsuit brought by Palestinians as one of several US-based Jewish charities accused of supporting violent Israeli settlers with tax-exempt donations from Americans.

The Diller Foundation listed the purpose of the $100,000 grant as “Canary Mission for Megamot Shalom,” according to the tax filings.

Megamot Shalom, The Forward reports, whose address leads to an abandoned office west of Jerusalem, “appears to be an Israeli public benefit corporation that operates or operated Canary Mission.”

Its 2016 financial reports were signed by Jonathan Bash, a British-born Jerusalem resident who Nathan-Kazis had identified in August as Canary Mission’s operator.

Just hours after The Forward’s article was published, the Jewish Community Federation issued a statement admitting that it had authorized the Diller Foundation to fund Canary Mission through the Central Fund of Israel.

The Federation noted that during an unspecified review process last year, it had found that the Central Fund of Israel “is not in compliance with our guidelines” and that neither it nor the Helen Diller Family Foundation would support Canary Mission “in the future.”

Rebecca Pierce, a filmmaker and contributor to The Electronic Intifada who has been targeted by Canary Mission, called on other mainstream Jewish communal groups to come forward.

Unlikely that SF Jewish Federation is the only mainstream org pumping resources into Canary Mission, now would be a good time for people of conscience at other orgs funding the blacklist to put that information out there https://t.co/rjv2eqelsD
— Rebecca Pierce?? (@aptly_engineerd) October 4, 2018

Writing for The Forward in the wake of Nathan-Kazis’s published article, Pierce admonished the Federation’s attempt at hiding its involvement with the website until it was forced to admit it.

“While I welcome this announcement, it’s time for all mainstream Jewish groups to stop supporting Canary Mission, both financially and rhetorically,” Pierce wrote.

“It’s time for them to redirect their resources towards efforts that atone for both the deep harm this hate site and others like it have caused Palestinians, and the stunning betrayal of the Jewish communities they purport to represent,” she added.

On Thursday, the Israel lobby group J Street called on US Jewish leaders to denounce Canary Mission and “other federations and campus-based Jewish institutions” to follow the Federation’s “commitment” not to fund the blacklist.

A leader of the J Street chapter at UC Berkeley claimed she was not aware of the connection between Canary Mission and the campus’ Board of Visitors “and could not comment” on the involvement of the Diller Foundation’s president, according to the Daily Californian.

A top official of the Zionist Organization of America, however, boasted of his personal support of Canary Mission, smearing the activists and scholars it lists as “anti-Semites.”

Tweet on Canary Mission from the Zionist Organization of America's co-director of government relations. https://t.co/XHqvRR4jnr
— Josh Nathan-Kazis (@joshnathankazis) October 4, 2018

Progressive Jewish activists slammed the financial support of Canary Mission by Jewish communal groups.

Simone Zimmerman of the anti-occupation organization IfNotNow told Haaretz that the Federation’s secretive funding of Canary Mission “highlights their desperation. They know how immoral this is and how bad it looks.”

“We won’t do it again” is not much of an apology to the hundreds of students who have been harassed & intimidated https://t.co/Ry7cm6n2Rs

The freemasonic jewdiciary is protecting the technocracy over the rights of individuals:

UK high court blocks mass privacy action against Google
Tech company faced claims it gathered personal data from more than 4m iPhone users

Mon 8 Oct 2018 14.47 BST

The high court has blocked a mass lawsuit against Google that aimed to collect as much as £3bn in compensation for the company’s historical practice of collecting data on iPhone users whose privacy settings should have prevented surveillance.

Mr Justice Warby, sitting in London, announced his decision on Monday.

The litigation was brought by the campaign group Google You Owe Us, led by the former Which? director Richard Lloyd. The group sought permission to have the case heard as a “representative action”, a form of class-action lawsuit that would have allowed one legal team to represent the millions of affected users without needing to individually gain their support.

In a statement, Lloyd said: “Today’s judgment is extremely disappointing and effectively leaves millions of people without any practical way to seek redress and compensation when their personal data has been misused.

“People are only now beginning to realise the implications of losing control of their personal data in this way. Closing this route to redress puts consumers in the UK at risk and sends a signal to the world’s largest tech companies that they can continue to get away with treating our information irresponsibly.”

The Government Is Blacklisting People Based on Predictions of Future Crimes
October 8, 2018
By Hina Shamsi, Director, ACLU National Security Project

Imagine: You’ve never been charged with any crime, yet the government blacklists you as a terrorism threat and bans you from flying indefinitely. You’re separated from family members, can’t get to weddings or funerals or religious obligations, and lose jobs because you can’t travel or your employer finds out you’re blacklisted.

You know what the government has done violates your constitutionally protected ability to travel and to be free from false stigma. You have rights — the Constitution guarantees due process. So you ask the government for its reasons and evidence, as well as a live hearing to establish your credibility and innocence. In response, the government says it put you on the No Fly List because it predicts that you might commit a violent terrorism act in the future, but it won’t tell you all the reasons why or give you any evidence or the hearing you seek.

Trump theatre abig distraction from the building of the SMART grid

It looks like they are playing both sides of the political system in the US to divide and rule the population and distract them while they set about creating their 5G SMART grid in the background

This smart grid will form the foundation for the 'internet of things' which will enable the technocracy to emerge

Once they take peoples jobs through automation they will then offer people universal basic income except to get it they will have to accept an RF microchip in their hand thereby becoming part of the smart grid themselves

As they become completely dependent on the state they will not bite the hand that feeds them and the 5G frequencies will be used to decimate their fertility in order to remove them from the gene pool over the course of a few generations

The zionists believe the messiah is at hand. At some point soon the al aqsa mosque will be destroyed and no doubt it will be blamed on someone else but my guess is that they are digging tunnels underneath to undermine it. When it collapses the muslims around the world will be triggered and the neocons will get their long planned for 'clash of civilisations' where the zionists will hope that the christian countries of the west will fight islam for them

This is imo what tommy robinson has been for to prepare people to hate muslims and its probably why the zionists have flooded so many muslims into the west to stoke the resentment. Then the intelligence services carry out false flag attacks

another part of the technocracy will be the social credit system and your social media useage will be fed into your profile to create your score which will then determine your eligability for access to goods and services

They want their third temple: see video clip a few posts above 'the third temple prophecy'

And they are using their created 'war on terror' to achieve it:

Did Israeli spy firm help Trump win presidency?
Ali Abunimah Lobby Watch 9 October 2018

A report in The New York Times this week reveals details of a multimillion dollar scheme by a now defunct Israeli spy firm to use social media manipulation and fake online identities in a sophisticated effort to sway the 2016 election in favor of Donald Trump.

Trump eventually secured his party’s nomination and went on to win the US presidency but it is unclear if Psy-Group, a firm staffed by former Israeli intelligence agents, gave him a boost.

The company’s former CEO Royi Burstien previously commanded an Israeli psychological warfare unit.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Burstien lives in a settlement in the Israeli-occupied West Bank and held several senior intelligence posts with the Israeli government between 2003 and 2013. He now markets himself as an “intelligence-based influence expert.”

Psy-Group has also reportedly been involved in the Israeli government’s covert campaign against the boycott, divestment and sanctions (BDS) movement for Palestinian rights.

Back in May, the Times reported that three months before the 2016 election, Psy-Group owner Joel Zamel and an emissary for two powerful Gulf princes had met with one of Trump’s sons to talk about ways to help the Trump campaign.

“The emissary, George Nader, told Donald Trump Jr. that the princes who led Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates were eager to help his father win election as president,” the Times reported.

“The social media specialist, Joel Zamel, extolled his company’s ability to give an edge to a political campaign; by that time, the firm had already drawn up a multimillion-dollar proposal for a social media manipulation effort to help elect Mr. Trump.”

“There is no evidence that the Trump campaign acted on the proposals,” the Times states in its latest report.
Suspicious payment

But the paper notes that Nader and Zamel “have given differing accounts over whether Mr. Zamel ultimately carried out the social media effort to help the Trump campaign and why Mr. Nader paid him $2 million after the election, according to people who have discussed the matter with the two men.”

The special counsel investigation run by Robert Mueller into alleged foreign interference in the 2016 US election has shown “keen interest” in the payment, according to the Times.

“It is unclear how and when the special counsel’s office began its investigation into Psy-Group’s work, but FBI agents have spent hours interviewing the firm’s employees,” the newspaper states.

“This year, federal investigators presented a court order to the Israel Police and the Israeli Ministry of Justice to confiscate computers in Psy-Group’s former offices in Petah Tikva, east of Tel Aviv.”

In May, Bloomberg reported that Mueller’s team was inquiring about “flows of money into the Cyprus bank account” of Psy-Group.

Star Arab-Jewish marriage not ok, because ‘Jews didn’t recover from Holocaust’ – top Israeli MP

A low-key wedding of an Arab Israeli TV host and a Jewish actor didn’t sit well with a top Israeli politician who said mixed marriages like this are a blow for Jews still suffering from the losses of the Holocaust.

Marriages between Jews and non-Jews are a problem for Yair Lapid, chairman of the centrist Yesh Atid (Hebrew for ‘There is Future’) party and a former finance minister.

“I have a problem with mixed marriage,” he said, as cited by local media. Doubling down on the statement, the top official said: “We haven’t recovered from the Holocaust yet.” He produced the diatribe when asked for his take on recent celebrity wedding of Arab Israeli broadcaster Lucy Aharish to Jewish actor Tsahi Halevi.

Lapid, who was once ranked first in the list of the most influential Jews in the world, claimed the Jewish people suffered numerical losses during the Nazi-led genocide. Now, it is time for them “to grow and not shrink,” the top-tier politician said.

Aharish’s and Halevi’s love affair began four years ago, but the two did not talk much about their engagement to avoid controversy. As news of their wedding broke earlier last week, some Israeli MPs rushed to spew vitriol on the pair.

Oren Hazan, member of the center-right Likud party, took to Twitter to blame Aharish for the crime of “seducing a Jewish soul with the goal of harming our country.” According to Hazan, the Arab Israeli TV star intended to “Islamize” her husband and damage his “Jewish dynasty.”

Interior Minister Aryeh Deri, for his part, also publicly berated Aharish and Halevi, telling Army Radio that the celebrity union was “not the right thing to do.” Offering that assimilation “is consuming the Jewish people,” he predicted that the couple’s children would face “serious problems” in Israel, and urged Aharish to convert to Judaism.

i don't hate anyone

i am accusing others of a hate crime against me

I am speaking about a long held plan that has seen my countrymen driven off their lands and placed under a fuedal system of control under which they are being destroyed in many ways including economically through banking fraud, through the use of gender bending chemicals that are destroying their fertility, through the use of chemicals which lower IQ and through the use of harmful EMF radiation among other things such as weaponised mass immigration

There are many other ways in which this agenda is carried out and 'political correctness' is merely the means by which they seek to prevent people talking about it

So no i am not hateful

I am accusing them of making me feel isolated, alienated and of harming me in many ways

I am accusing them of a hate crime and i want the police to investigate and i want people to be able to openly share information relating to the claims i and others are making

As a white, male, non freemason and non jew i feel targetted in many ways not least by some of the narratives that are coming out of the universities these days which i have explored elsewhere on the forum

I have NO prophecy that claims i will gain any supremacy over other humans and i have no desire to do so. My desire is to live peacefully with all people of all races, creeds and sexual orientations and i discuss ways in which i think that could be achieved in my possible solutions thread where i feel that the way to protect all minorities (and as a white person i AM a minority in the wider global community) is to decentralise power down to people so that they cannot be persecuted by any group who manages to grab hold of the levers of power

I believe in a free and open society and this is why i bring all this stuff to light

I feel persecuted at this time and i believe that a hate crime is being carried out against me and my ethnic group by people who have prejudices against us

I believe i have enough information to support why i hold these views and to show they are rational and based on information

we know that jewish led bolsheviks killed millions of white christians in russia because they deemed them to be politically incorrect

then soon after that the nazis in germany deemed jewish people to be politically incorrect leading to more murders

so can we not see the problem here with centralised power?

It enables people to take control and then deem other groups politically incorrect

This is why we must end this centralisation of power and protect ALL people by decentralising power down to the individuals on the street

THIS is what we should be exploring in our society in my opinion

Of course those who feel they have a grasp on power will not agree with this but i ask you what the implications will be of a particular group having inordinate power will be when we reflect on history

Max Igan explains how Q anon says some good stuff but omits to mention other important things. He also points out how the 5G SMART grid is still rolling out under trump and how that IS the new world order

He suggests that trump was really a tactic designed to curry favour with sections of the public so that the wider agenda of the technocracy could continue unabated

He suggests there is risk in the idea put by Qanon that the problems can be solved by a temporary declaration of martial law so that trump can lock up enemies of the state

I can see his point!

Intel’s Israel Team Is At The Forefront Of 5G Tech That Will Revolutionize How We Communicate
By Ricky Ben-David, NoCamels July 11, 2018

American chip giant Intel has long admitted that it has faltered in the past on the mobile revolution, focusing full-steam on central processing units (CPUs) for personal computers (PCs) and servers, and cornering some 80 percent of that market to build a company now bringing in annual revenue of some $62 billion.

Intel’s attempts to gain traction in the smartphone sphere have been lackluster at best, but it has had success with mobile modems. This is all set to change with the company’s transition to a data-centric entity and its harnessing of the nascent 5G technology, the fifth generation of wireless connectivity.

And Intel’s Israel operations are playing a key role in the overhaul.

What is 5G?

5G is set to transform the way we all use the internet by also revolutionizing the current network infrastructure. With greater bandwidth, more powerful processing capabilities and minimal delay (latency), the new generation of wireless connectivity will be able to support unprecedented communications and the transfer of massive amounts of data, according to Intel.

Compared with the current network speed, 4G LTE, 5G is set to be 30 to 50 times faster and will have a dramatic impact across industries and applications.

Not only are movies and games set to download in seconds, sans buffering, Elkana Ben Sinai, VP of the Intel Communications and Devices Group (iCDG) and General Manager of the Wireless Product Group (WPG), tells NoCamels that the technology will herald a “new era for autonomous cars, smart manufacturing, agriculture, industrial facilities, healthcare, retail, military industries and so on.”

During an interview at Intel’s offices in Haifa, Ben Sinai explains what’s ahead.

“5G is a revolution on all levels: devices, cloud operators, service providers, and content providers. It means a whole new network and new infrastructure. There will be a sharp increase in the number of people connected and everything will be connected and able to communicate,” says Ben Sinai, who joined Intel in 2010 after it acquired chip company Comsys, of which he was CEO.

“Your fridge will be able to know that you are running low on milk, for example. Drone deliveries will be everywhere, the use of autonomous cars will lead to zero road accidents, artificial intelligence capabilities will be able to search databases in seconds, medical surgeries will be more precise and reliable, the world itself will be way more robotized,” Ben Sinai adds.

The involvement of advanced robots in our lives is currently limited to Apple’s Siri, [Amazon’s] Alexa, and the like, he explains, but we will soon be able to perform more important tasks while benefiting from more valuable data.

“Intel wants to serve this market. Its vision is to be a data-centric company, dealing best with data through all its stages: collection, transmission, processing storage. It wants to make use of huge computing, storage, and its artificial intelligence and communication capabilities – very few companies have these combinations,” he tells NoCamels. “And 5G is the leading technology to implement the ‘transmission’ part of this vision.”

For Intel, this means that its innovative products, already ubiquitous, will be even more so.

“New hardware will basically be in all aspects: data collection by new sensors (e.g. Mobileye), communication (e.g 5G), computing (e.g artificial intelligence),” Ben Sinai says. An ambitious move into the mobile phone market is also in the offing, as it is “certainly an ingredient” in Intel’s wider vision.

And Intel Israel, he says, is a “very important design center of Intel Corporation, leading some of its strategic developments in the area of computing, communication, security and more.”

Automotive and cybersecurity

Intel also has another edge. Last year, the company acquired the Jerusalem-based Mobileye, a developer of cutting-edge autonomous driving technologies, for a whopping $15.3 billion. Mobileye is considered a leader in advanced driver assistance systems – including pedestrian detection, collision warning – aimed to prevent road collisions.

The acquisition marked Intel’s entry into the vibrant automotive market, and the industry plays a central role in Intel’s vision for the future.

“Autonomous cars will need constant, fast communications, they will move in sync on their own network,” Ben Sinai says, envisioning a future with zero accidents, a better environment due to expected reduced car ownership, and a transformed transportation industry which he says will have to adjust to accommodate self-driving cars.

As for the potential dangers posed by mass connectivity, Intel, he says, “is always thinking about security, and established a division at the Intel management level dedicated to looking for breaches and vulnerabilities.”

Ben Sinai also points to the collaboration on cybersecurity, and the common effort to find solutions. Last month, Intel announced that it will partner with two Israeli cybersecurity startups for data protection.

Security is a key factor in the industry and will provide another competitive edge for companies implementing protections at all levels, he explains.

Intel and Facebook

Intel’s Israel team has also been working on another unique project – helping Facebook connect the world to the internet.

Facebook’s ambitious plan was first articulated in a 2013 letter posted online by founder Mark Zuckerberg. It has since faltered, but in 2016, the social media giant came up with Terragraph, a plan based on the same idea but with more developed technology. It is aimed at dense, urban areas.

The project involves mounted, Internet-beaming nodes using the 60 GHz band, both free and available in most parts of the world, for a next-generation connection – WiGig.

Named after the Wireless Gigabit Alliance, a trade alliance formed in 2013 to promote the adoption of gigabit wireless tech, WiGig “uses beamforming to send a finely directed signal between devices at a distance of up to 10 meters,” according to 5G.co.uk. “This focused broadcast serves to eliminate any interference from nearby devices, as well as to maintain high performance even in areas where the 60 GHz spectrum might be in heavy use.”

Over a year ago, Facebook turned to Intel, and other partners, for collaboration on the project. Intel’s WiGig team in Israel, under Ben Sinai’s supervision, got to work on a long-range modem, based on 60GHz-WiGig, while providing the network processor and developing the drivers and software to enable the high-speed links.

The WiGig team tells NoCamels that the collaborative solution is a good alternative to the often cost-prohibitive and time-consuming fiber cables option.

Another Israeli team came on board as an OEM (original equipment manufacturer). “Intel has been actively working with leading companies in the industry to introduce cutting-edge wireless solutions to support the next generation of network infrastructure,” said Caroline Chan, vice president of Intel’s Data Center Group and general manager of 5G Infrastructure Division, Network Platforms Group, said earlier this year.

Intel has test sites in Petah Tikva, while Facebook runs one in San Jose. Commercial services may begin as early as next year, they say.

Intel in Israel

Intel employs about 11,000 people in Israel and another 1,000 from Mobileye. It is considered the largest employer in the tech sector.

Earlier this year, Intel submitted plans to nearly double its manufacturing operations in the country, and invest some $5 billion over the next two years. The details of the plans and timetables have not yet been disclosed.

Intel says that since it began operations in Israel, its investment in the Israeli economy has totaled $35 billion.
