How is that a win?
At which point did the court state the case was dismissed?
The judge merely said the court would take a recess, not that the case was dismissed.
The defendant left during the recess.

Oh yeah BIG WIN - can't wait for the next vid for when he gets his sorry ass dragged back in for contempt. Like the court are just going to leave it there. ROFLMAO.

Deluded.... there is definitely a dress code, some sort of hat and long hair - throwbacks that's what it is.

I love this video because it reminds me of how I got interested in fmotl. I went to traffic court with my brother in law and watched him do the same dance, in his case they removed him from the courtroom and convicted in absentia. I stayed in the court after he was removed, I would like to see the video of the judge reconvening and convicting. All that being said the intimidation and treatment by the court of my, admittedly stupid, brother in law did bother me. I suppose if you go to court looking for a fight you shouldn't be suprised that the other party plays hardball.

I think from watching the video it is obvious that he did not commit contempt and the judge didn't even warn him that he may be in contempt. He just vacated the helm to phone a friend!

You have to wonder whether rob actually viewed the video before posting it and describing it as "wins big".

I recently made my first stand as a freeman in court. I got a similar response from the court. I expect the court to carry on in the persons absence and send a fine through the post.

It's a win in my opinion..

First oif all when he waas ORDERED to sit down.. he did not

he stood like a real man.. I bet not one of you attacking this video would remain standing.. in fact you would say "Yes SIR!" and you would promptly sit your ignorant ass wherever you are told to put it!

Second..
The bailiffs were ORDERED to REMOVE him.. they did not ... the man stood there and did not flinch at their presence...

The judge ABANDONED the court.. the Sovereign (highest authority in the land), dismissed the case.. and walked out.. of his OWN FREE will

Thanks for the post Rob.. Great WIN!!

No he didn't.
He ordered a recess.
Do you know what a recess is?
Are you really claiming when a recess is called the case collapses?

If you believe that you have absolutely no idea of court process.

And you will find the case probably proceeded in his absence.

Do you not understand?
When the defendant walked the case was not finished.

Did they establish that the defendant was present?

I am not a freeman on the land but I have spent a lot of time trying to comprehend all the issues surrounding the (philosophy ?).

What I saw happening in the vid. is a (free)man trying to have dealings with court officials, the man was polite and courteous but when the officials realised they were dealing with someone that was no longer ignorant of what LAW is the officials became scared (evidenced by them raising their voices) and then they ran away.

The fact that the freeman walked away shows me that there is a great deal of substance to the information that Rob Menard (and others) spends a great deal of his time imparting to me (and others).

The fact that Rob's information is attacked so vociferously proves to me that there is a body out there that is very scared of being exposed, that body hides behind disguises such as anonymous entities posing as people that post on forums such as this one.

Does the defendant need to be present to proceed with the case?

Why?
The case can proceed in the defendant's absence.

If they can reach a verdict without the need for the defendant then why invite (sorry summons) him in the first place?
