Default How to maintain dental health without Fluoride?

Hi there,

New to this forum but I've been into David's stuff for a while now. With the harm to the body and mind that has been proven to result from fluoride, how do I maintain dental health without it? Could anyone recommend any fluoride free toothpaste and products? Can dental health be maintained without fluoride consumption?

You can buy flouride free toothpaste online pretty easily

you can probably find out pretty easily if your local council is putting flouride in the tapwater of your area online as well

to reduce how much fluoride i intake, i use bicarbonate of soda to brush my teeth.

you may have to seek out the fluoride free toothpaste though i wouldn't know a lot about that.

I use kingfisher toothpaste- the fennel one is yummy!!

You can also use hydrogen peroxide as a mouthwash (whitens teeth also), or a few drops of wild Greek oregano oil diluted in water to rinse. You can make your own tooth powder with activated charcoal, bentonite clay, myrrh, bicarb of soda, goldenseal etc.

Take bioplasma cell salts as well- they're great for remineralisation.

Amazing ideas folks, I'll definitely try these out. Can anyone who doesn't use fluoride toothpaste vouch for the fact that your teeth can still be health without fluoride? I'm getting my first (and last) filling in next week and want to make sure before I start using fluoride-free that it is effective.

Exactly the same, bicarb of soda for over 10 years, never been to a dentist.

Takes a little while to get used to the 'taste' but then you enjoy it.

White (liquid UV) filling I believe. However, I haven't been briefed on any other details. Very disappointed in myself actually as I take my health very seriously but have undervalued dental hygiene for years.

Don't get 'briefed' on it mate....LEARN about it for yourself....then YOU make the decision.

Haven't really got much choice mate unfortunately. It's only a small cavity but it's causing me pain and I don't want to risk further damage. In terms of the exact process and such, I think on second thoughts you're right and I need to understand how it works before I get my body fiddled with.

Colloidal silver is also really good as an anti-bacterial, and 'oil pulling' with coconut oil and a few drops of clove, myrrh and peppermint essential oil will help things along also.

But you certainly don't need fluoride in your toothpaste- it's nonsense.

Yeah look into Oil Pulling and try getting more natural fats and less sugar in your diet.

This thread should really be in the Health section.

So many great ideas. However, colloidal silver? Read about a guy then went blue from taking that shit lol. I'll see if I can find the link.

Salt is also good and I kind of like chewing up some hemp seeds to use to brush although they can get stuck but then you have to floss. Raw organic food seems to do the job.
