How come I'm terrorised by shapeshifters in dreams? Women turn into men, strangers into family members and vice versa. Sometimes I feel raped between sleep and awake while conscious. Also have astral trips interrupted by being forced to stay in bed by some strange invisible creature who can speak?? How can I protect myself and fly away in the astral without being bullied?
