Shouldn't there be blood around the very window or on the seat?
The victim is a vice president of a bank y'all.
Could it be that they staged this so that she could be sent off to Mars before ww3?
If she has two toddlers, nobody will question if they disappear with the mother.

Seems very iffy if you ask me. Why weren't more windows blown out? Also they paint her as saint in the news articles about it saying she was an altruistic banker.

Also it is a nasty plane accident just at the beginning of the holiday season so scaremongering could be a motive for the story if it is made up.

Perhaps rather than suggesting something is 'iffy' after just reading media reports, it would be better to read something written by aviation experts.

I dare say there are one or two qualified aviation specialists on the forum. (No arm-chair experts please. We have more than enough of those already here on all subjects...)

Then, after reading some informed opinion, anyone should feel free to pull it apart - if they actually know what they're talking about.

Seat was just ahead of the leading edge of a wing

Part of the engine fractured including a fan blade.

The engine cowling failed to stop the parts striking the fuselage.

Passenger was hit by plane parts and then partially sucked through the window.*

*typed whilst cruising/surfing at an altitude of 0 feet whilst seated in an armchair.

It doesn't take a minute of armchair expert to figure out this could be 'iffy' since there is no blood in sight despite the witness commented that blood was everywhere.

Excellent point. I did find it suspicious that the so called eye witnesses reports didn't add up to the photos.

I saw a picture on twitter where someone had found the report on google 5 hours before it was reported. Whether it is true or not I don't know. Damned if I can find the tweet.

Why would more windows get blown out ?

Ignoring the journalistic error that no windows got blown out - it was smashed from outside by a piece of debris

Uncontained engine failures are rare - Theres armour and intricate design involved to stop blades flying outwards. It was very unfortunate (million to one type thing) it broke a single window - I wouldn't expect it to break a large number

Pretty much as I see it- very rare for that to happen
- designed for the blades not to do that - but lke F1 cars sometimes the wheel manages to bugger off.

Seen some very impressive ones involving C130s and propeller blades - enter fuselage at bottom 1 side and exit fuselage near top on other side

Why? She got partially sucked out and died of a heart attack. Bits of window behind her and engine chunks would have struck some of the 7 passengers behind.

The problem being? A human being can tell within one breath whether there is not enough oxygen inhaled. The plane was 72 miles out ...just under half way on its descent....maybe 20,000 ft. You can breath normally and easily for many minutes

It states about the blood in the link in the OP. Did you read it? This is the quote from the Op inked article that clearly states a witness says blood was everywhere.

The thing is with witness accounts, is that they always tend to have some inaccuracies. It's human nature to exaggerate or to miss things under stress.

You didn't answer the simple question.

The woman at the window died of a heart attack...why should there be blood and why can't some of the other people taken to hospital be the ones struck by incoming objects?

Again, why should that woman be covered in blood? Bruised maybe from being pushed against the frame, but why blood?

ALSO another iffy point I've spotted now.
IF the window was smashed IN, where are the shard of glasses?
Did they hoover it up already and cleaned up blood?
Bearing in mind, the photo was taken by another passenger....
