Nope, the milk thistle supplements are free from gluten or dairy.

do you spend a lot of time in front of a computer?

you could try dimming the light settings on the computer screen?

The only migraine i had in my life was right after some people sprayed a toxic pesticide outside my house. It was very unpleasant

However i know other things are sometimes triggers too

Yeah, I spend a lot of time on my iPad but I have the screen brightness dimmed to save battery life. I know this could be a trigger. Other triggers for me that cause dizziness and headaches include neck posture, moving my head up, moving too quick like getting up from chair too quick, certain foods, dehydration, stress, anxiety and moving my eyes to the far left or right.

You are probably getting psychic attacks which also causes migraine.
You posting all these your problems online, you are telling vampires, suck me!
Easy to attack vulnerable who has no defence.
Jus saying.
