There are far more white anti trumpers (proportionally) than black or Hispanic trump supporters.

Fox news is famous for putting up "uncle toms" to promote their racist talking points so they can say "hey we ain't racist, this black guy agrees"

I guess that the point of the OP isn't that most Americans despise Donald Trump almost us much as Clinton.

To me this shows that the US democracy is as much a joke as the "democratic" Netherlands, Spain and Britain, where Royal families rule supreme in their best democratic disguise.

I wonder if the results would be very different, if somebody walked through New York, to show they're fans of crooked Hillary Clinton...

its not just about what they ACTUALLY represent to the voters because the voters aren't always clued up about that, it is about what they SYMBOLICALLY represent in the minds of the voters
