PDi ReGen-X Investor Questions & 5 Answers...

1. Is there a business plan?

The business plan has always been to sell global IP licenses and to do product manufacturing. A formal business plan can be easily prepared if requested.

2. Are there cash flows prepared?

No but projections can easily be provided for the Automotive, Power Generation and Electric Motor sectors.

3. What amount of money is Potential Difference Inc. looking for?

Initially PDi would be very happy with an initial Debenture Loan of $100,000.00 to install the innovation into a proof of concept electric vehicle.

Following that a $10-20M investment (at $5M milestone increments) would be sought to establish the manufacturing facility and secure the worldwide patent protection.

4. What part are you looking for *** and his investor to play?

If the investor has experience in international business development - the investor can assist with global IP licensing and the establishment of manufacturing abroad.

5. Has there been any test results of the product?

Absolutely yes. The original scientific discovery was validated at MIT is 2008 and was further refined at the University of Ottawa from 2008 - 2010.5.

When integrated into a Hero Electric scooter in 2010 at Hero Electric's request it immediately doubled the scooter's range. The ReGen-X motor/generator is expected to triple the range of any EV on the market.

PDi expects to be working with ***, Applied Engineering School of Quebec in 2014 to produce a presentation for Hydro Quebec.

Regenerative Acceleration Technology is not so much a "product" but a new scientific breakthrough innovation like the lightbulb, telephone, or airplane.

It provides electric vehicle generators with the ability to REVERSE the regenerative "braking" paradigm and recharge themselves as they drive.

The scientific breakthrough nature of the Electric Vehicle Regenerative Acceleration innovation is as follows;

1687 in Britain
Sir Isaac Newton publishes the Three Universal Laws of Motion.

1833 in Russia
Heinrich Lenz formulates Lenz's Law which is a common way of understanding how electromagnetic circuits obey Newton's Third Law and the Law of Conservation of Energy.

2007 in Canada
Thane Heins discovers that if the load current in a salient pole electric generator coil is delayed by 45 degrees, Lenz's Law can actually be REVERSED.

Lenz's Law says: "an induced electromagnetic force (emf) always gives rise to a current whose magnetic field polarity opposes the original change in magnetic flux"... ( also know colloquially as electric vehicle regenerative "braking" or "for every action there is an equal and opposite reacting" ~ according to Newton's Third Law).

However if an electric generator can delay the current by 45 degrees and accelerate ITSELF (EV regenerative "acceleration") when supplying power to a load or recharging the EV's own batteries, it would operate with infinite efficiency in the process invalidate Faraday's Law of Induction, Newton's Third Law and the Law of Conservation of Energy as they apply to electric generators.

"An induced electromagnetic force (emf) whose load current is delayed by 45 degrees produces a magnetic field polarity which assists the original change in magnetic flux."

"The [Regenerative Acceleration Generator coil current 45 degree] time delays violate Newton's Third Law [and the Law of Conservation of Energy] because even an infinitesimal time without the second force violates the idea of force-pairs and hence of Newton's Third Law." - Professor Nathaniel Lasry, Physics John Abbot College (2012)

I found this enjoyable post by someone who was obviously disgusted
by a sneering groupthink podcast against Thane Heins and his new technology:

Re podcast Episode #133

I’m a life long practitioner of free inquiry and consider myself to be a rational sceptic. To me that means questioning, and keeping an open mind, and being wary of any dogmatic assumptions of any kind.

I listen to a number of pod casts along the same lines as yours, POI for example does a nice job. I thought I’d give yours a listen, and I have to say I was totally turned off by the snide tone with which you guys are presenting your stories, particularly if you claim to be ‘scientific’ sceptics, rather than just blanket sarcatic sceptical. It’s this kind of thing that makes it very difficult to talk to people on other paths about being a sceptic, they hear crap like this and assume that’s what I’m talking about – personal attacks, snide jokes and general sophomoric humour disguised as intelligent scepticism.

Sceptical means to question, it does not mean deride, ignore evidence, or discount without basis. It also means to question and be aware of our own bias as well.

The story you presented in your pod cast as ‘More Perpetual Motion’ about Thane Heins was pretty much what turned me off. The snarkyness of the rest of the half of your show I could bare to tolerate was disappointing, but the utter unfounded attack including the attempt to associate dyslexia with delusions, that was disgusting.

I read the article you linked too, and the only thing that was as you portrayed it in your highly spun account was that the journalist was maybe slightly over dramatizing, and even then, the title is NOT “College dropout does the impossible, creates a perpetual motion machine”, it’s “Has college dropout done the impossible and created a perpetual motion machine?” Note that it’s a question.

And how is this minor dramatization any different, or even close to being as dramatic as your very very dramatic negative characterizations of the article and the people in it? How are you behaving any better yourselves? If the media ‘should know better’ should you as members of the media not set the standard with your own actions?

No one in the article even comes close to making the claims your associating them with. They spend most of their time making a point about NOT making it.

No one states any certainty about anything other than the observed results challenge our ASUMPRIONS about what we know TO DATE about physics.

Physics is not dogma, it’s not written in stone. It’s something that we as a species are learning about, inventing in fact, a new language to describe a reality around us we barely understand yet, and are far from knowing enough to be as smug and confident about our judgements as you all are being in this instance.

None of you have seen the experiment, the guy at MIT has, and he’s excited about it and has only said he does not yet understand what’s going on. That is not a claim; it’s a statement of the current facts. It’s not a claim of perpetual motion to state that they appear to be getting some ‘free energy’ – appear and ARE are very different words.

The people in the article are working to achieve progress in our knowledge, in the one instance of Thane Heins he’s put following the results over even his personal life to some extent.

And it’s exactly the sort of reaction you engaged in that’s cost him so much - all for questioning and following the results down a path a dogmatic and incorrectly absolutist reading of scientific knowledge leads some to think is supposedly wrong. If we never tried things people who assumed they know better said were impossible, then we would not even be having this conversation in this virtual reality on this continent about this supposed law of physics in the first place.

What I heard on your show was an uninformed effort to deride and suppress exploration by presenting it as something it was not.

I hope this is not the norm, I hope you are self aware enough to recognise that in this instance, you were not being sceptics, you were playing the roll of a mocking mindless mob.

A totally random listener with strong opinions and reserved judgement.

PS: As a counter point to the strong thread of entrenched thinking I hear in your show, you might - if your open to a rational and open minded contrary opinion - consider listening to this series of shows here on the CBC - i picked them up at the same time as your feed, and it struck me as being everything lacking here.
