Thomas Orchard (32, white) was arrested in October 2012 after he had been reported to the police for bizarre and disorientated behaviour.
The cops handcuffed Orchard, strapped his legs together and wrapped a large webbing belt around his face. They left him lying motionless for 12 minutes in the cell. When they returned, he was in cardiac arrest and not breathing.
He was pronounced dead 7 days later, 10 October, due to suffocating and suffering fatal brain damage caused by cardiac arrest.

In the year leading up to Orchard’s murder, 55 times people were restrained by the UK cops with a belt around their head.

In March 2017, 3 cops were cleared of manslaughter by gross negligence following a retrial. They defended their actions by saying they didn’t know that Orchard was mentally ill and that he posed a “threat”.
Orchard’s family responded:
Quote:
Thomas died when he was 32 years old – we could not then have ever imagined how long we would have had to sustain our fight for justice.
Despite almost six years having passed since Thomas’s death, the evidence suggests that few lessons have been learnt and that little has changed.

Kevin Clarke (35, black) died on 9 March, after police investigated reports of a man seen attempting to gain access to the rear gardens of properties.

Police said that Clarke appeared to be in a mental health crisis and they detained him at the scene.
He was “restrained” by the cops before he “became unwell” and was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The police cover-up institute IOPC issued a statement:
Quote:
Our investigators have reviewed body-worn video footage that shows the man in an agitated state.

In the first 9 months of 2017, there were “at least” 13 deaths following restraint, taser and/or other use of force while in custody.

In 2017, it was reported that a disproportionately high number of restraint-related deaths involve black men is a “serious issue”.
Concluding that racial stereotyping may be a “significant contributory factor” in murders by the cops across England and Wales. Yet authorities deny that discrimination takes place.
Wow!!! How much money was paid for this “investigation”?

Of course nothing will change for the better, but they are very good at making empty promises: https://www.independent.co.uk/news/u...-a8027351.html

What about gender "stereotyping"; why are the cops only interested in men?

Default Twelve-year-old arrested for playing without toy gun

I had already found out that those courageous boys in blue sometimes shoot and kill children that walk around with a toy gun. The cops usually defend these murders with claiming that the toy gun looked “real” and they were threatened by it.

Last Monday, 12-year-old David Sims (reportedly autistic), a 5th grader in Conroe Independent School District’s Bozman Intermediate School, was motioning with his hands like he had a gun…
His art teacher then called the police to report him.

The cops came, handcuffed David and hauled away. This dangerous criminal was charged with a “criminal offence” (for motioning his hands like having a gun).
David told FOX 26:
Quote:
She [CISD Police Officer] just put handcuffs on me and told me I need to go with her.
David was held for hours at the juvenile detention centre on Monday wondering what he did wrong.
His mother Amy Sims explained that she was only notified of her son’s arrest after he’d been booked. Sims noted that her son doesn’t understand that playing make believe guns on campus has become inappropriate behaviour.
Amy Sims also said:
Quote:
They just said, ‘We don’t tolerate that. We take it as a threat.’ A threat? He didn’t threaten anyone. He didn’t do anything but play.
Being put in handcuffs, not knowing what he did wrong, I could have had a talk with him and told him look, I know you like to play guns, but you can’t do it in school.
According to Montgomery County Attorney, J.D. Lambright: “We want to get them turned around and on the right path”.
Apparently playing with an imaginary gun is a clear sign that kids will get led astray (boys like these might grow up really bad, like wearing a uniform, and arrest innocent people…).

David will not be allowed back at the school and has to go to an alternative disciplinary school for the rest of the year: https://thefreethoughtproject.com/au...-rifle-school/

The following music video has snippets showing cops abuse.

Default Cop shoots man in face and tries to frame him

New York City off-duty cop, Sgt. Ritchard Blake (40), was caught on camera shooting Thayvone Santana (21), and then planting a shiny object next to the body for “evidence” that the victim was trying to rob him.
After Blake notices the surveillance camera, he picks the object up and puts it back in his pocket.

The video shows that Blake and Santana are talking to each other in an agitated manner. At no time does Santana physically attack, or pull a weapon. Blake pulls a gun from his waistband and fires 2 or 3 bullets into Santana’s face.
Santana is still in hospital after undergoing multiple surgeries.
Blake was not arrested and only placed on “desk duty”. If Blake had been an “ordinary citizen”, he would surely have been arrested. Blake was on probation after he was arrested 2 years ago related to an incident with his girlfriend at the time.

Santana’s family has explained that what happened has to do with a dispute over a woman (Blake’s girlfriend 2 years ago): http://abc7ny.com/video-shows-off-du...oklyn/3876485/

You may be doing better than 86%. It is the ones that really hurt them that they block. Who is them in this case is the purveyors of propaganda.
