I'm not aware of it being available for purchase in the States. That's not to say it wont be. Gareth would be able to answer that for you.

No idea what to expect!
I don't think it'll be as sprawling as The Perception Deception.
Will it be like The Biggest Secret? I don't know. Stopped thinking about it. Will know when it comes through my letter box, or the Postman knocks because it's too large for the letterbox hopefully this Friday or Saturday.
Will I finish it before Christmas? Who knows.
Hope it becomes widely available.

Expected it this morning but on Amazon "We need a few more days to work on an estimate to get it delivered to you".
Considering some of the other stuff Amazon sells its a bit of a kick in the teeth! Oh well. I do intend to see them honour it. Even though there seems to be not much honourable about Amazon!

Yes ... the buyer gave it one star out of five , and that's it , no review ....Probably purchased by MI5 (I'm serious) ...they will be keeping an eye on it .
