my guess is hes just a fat guy "who likes to eat".

i hope his gym regime doesnt look like this:

cheeseburger curls

beer shrugs

hamburger pressing

lol.

but ill spare my verdict until the bodyfat level is announced.

i thought it might be from hormon abuse, but hormons do not make you fat.only if one is stupid, he will be fat on hormones

I'm slightly skinny fat, sort of, maybe I have a hidden food allergy. Actually I'm not skinny really, I have pretty broad shoulders and quite a sturdy torso. This spare tyre just makes me look a bit odd! I've also got sort of speed skater legs, so it looks a bit weird. Different parts of my body look fit and others fat

Haha, I think it's to do with the hormones in the meat and GM foods. I've not changed weight or BMI since I was seventeen and I'm 34 now (aside from 1 week in 4 when I bloat). I'm picky about my foods; sure, I'll eat what I want if I'm going out for a meal (or drunk), but I regulate it the next day. I've found humans in general eat far too much. The modern Western diet is far too much consumption for fairly sedentary humans. But yeah, I think skinny-fat is down to slow-moving lipids from unhealthy 'nutrition' not fit for consumption. And I think food allergies are more about what process the food has been through, not the foodstuff itself.

And beer.

i just asked my gf how many old fat people she knows.

i know none.

they all dead.

beer belly is really first stage of thiS:

meaning you have to order special sized coffin.

not good.

eating like swine leads to lethargy.this leads to eating like 2 swines.then leading to literal immobility, your inner organs go to shit, you get diabetes and the bets are off after that.

and no, a simple "detox" programme will not reverse this.

and for what?for having tasty meals?

it comes with developing sausage fingers, need for reinforced beds, chairs getting crushed under your weight, you need to buy 2 tickets for flights(why flying at this stage anyway.).

i know fatzos who really think they live like kings, just because they permanently overeat.

america, the land of the fat.

all while many ppl are dying of hunger everywhere.

most selfish superficial nation ever.in whole history.teenagers with 18inch calves.lol.

nono, skinny fat have 0 ass.
and between where ass ends and spine starts, its like theres an unnecesary5 inches of spine installed.to the sides, theres flabby fat, hanging down, swinging.but lower back and front are kinda lean.

i see it more and more.young women only.

it looks grotesque.

your male belly fat development as described is normal, dont worry.

I've recently discovered the joys of squats without weights at the moment. It's supposed to increase your overall gains big time, and I enjoy doing them.

For now I'll increase my home exercise and go walking alot more to get my basic fitness levels up. I might consider the gym in the future. Plus you have to pay for membership, screw that
squats is best overal exercise in existance indeed.

however, this generation of gym goers often go straight to the hormones route and dont even train legs, let alone do squats.lol.

yes, start easily, to not lose motivation quickly.

gym membership money is money well spent i think.

better than wasting it on pink iphone to listening to justin briber.or britney-whore-spears.

He has about 98 kilos on 183 cm of height. And really, he does work out, he jogs, he rides a bike, he snowboards in the winter, he goes everywhere on foot... But frankly, he does eat a lot as well.

This all makes me really worried. Should I send him to a doctor?

why waste a doctors time if you've said he eats a lot? and why be so obsessed with body image? he eats a lot, his stomach reflects that. doesnt sound like much of a problem

Yes, I have been fat fat, skinny skinny, skinny fat and normal over the years. Skinny fat came from not really eating or exercising. With my clothes on I looked skinny and bony but I had no womanly curves and a little pot belly and my cellulite and wobbly bits were clear to see with clothes off. Not a good look

is his six pack visible?

is it burried under loads of fat?

when you eat too much, all the jogging, bikeriding and snowboarding in the world will not burn it all away.

what does he eat?list as much as you can.

does he drink sugar juices like icetea and coke?

you know, i am kinda 183cm and 98kg aswell, i really am.

weight doesnt mean shit, body composition is what counts.

that and loads of alcohol, as todays generation 0 does.

op, your husband/boyfrend doesnt need to visit a doctor, lol.

he must learn how to keep a proper diet and how much he can eat to maintain the size he wants.

if he even cares, that is.

Well, since he is a chef, we mostly eat home-cooked meals with lots of vegetables and salads. But, we are prone to binging on burek and ćevapi (google translate ), so I guess we'll just have to cut them out of our diet.
