Default Kevlar/Body Armour

Bullet, stab and tazer proof. Anyone thinking of getting some? It's expensive stuff, new atleast.

My mate has got a kevlar sports jacket branded by a certain big sports company. Think its costs about 80 quid but you cant tell its kevlar untill you try and stab him

Is very cool though!

for those that can't afford it, you can make your own - it's even said to protect against tasers - but I haven't put it to the test!

No good against a firearm though. I have seen an issue balistic helmet full of holes cause by pistol and rifle rounds. If knives are the threat then that is OK though, just dont move to London

The kevlar should be protected from sun light and water.
it degrades.
like others do.

are you implying we should wear silk shirts? Given that Kevlar is not 100% even for its class I always though considered a silk under shirt would be a "smart" move....and feel good on my skin.
