Default Bizarre trigger on Oklahoma Thunder NBA game

Last night on the Detroit Pistons basketball game against the Oklahoma Thunder there was an extremely disturbing segment at halftime. The game was played in Oklahoma and the only internet stream I could find was the Oklahoma tv station. Normally I like to watch the Detroit stream because George Blaha and Greg Kelser are so much better as commentators than the ones in most other cities.

During the halftime show there was a female escape artist holding her breath in a clear, locked tank of water attempting to escape from chains locked around her. They went to a commercial, came back and she was still trying to escape. She finally escaped the chains and desperately went to the top of the tank to try to get air, but there was none and she could not open the tank. As her assistant furiously worked to get the lid off she slid back down in the tank, apparently unconscious. The lid came off and the assistant had to grab her by her shirt and pull her up out of the water. She could make no effort of her own. She was totally unconscious and obviously at risk of having sustained brain damage or having drowned.

What was perhaps equally disturbing was that after she was saved from dying in the tank (HOPEFULLY! I still don't know) the commentators made no reference to the young lady performing escape art for the entertainment of the fans and whether she was okay or not. They just cut away from the scene of the guy pulling her out and never mentioned it again. How traumatic to witness something like that and how callous to disregard the well-being of their entertainment. I imagine a child could be affected for the rest of their life by seeing something like that. Everyone is affected and many will take away the lesson that it is not important to care about other human beings, that it is no problem if someone suffers as long as it benefits you even in the most superficial way.

I wonder a lot of things about it. Might it have been done on purpose to traumatize people in a way that they may not even think about? Might it be a trigger intended for programmed people, people who may have been drowned and brought back to life as part of their programming a la Arizona Wilder? Might the escape artist be a mind controlled multiple? I don't know, but my intuition says yes. One thing I know for sure is that it is inexcusable for that Oklahoma station to sweep the danger to that person under the rug.

HALFTIME DRAMA
Kristen Johnson, billed as the world’s best female escape artist, performs the water torture cell made famous by Harry Houdini decades ago. The crowd became concerned when Johnson was in tank for about four minutes during her halftime act and seemed to struggle at the end. Thunder officials said the act didn’t go as planned, but Johnson was fine.
I think that is a shittily cursory way to mention it.

College teams anyone?

It would almost be funny if it weren't disgusting.

OP I think you hit the nail on the head.

This is probably a trigger and it probably deeply affected alot of people.

Not just people who have nearly drown at one point - but people who have been put under water for conditioning.

YIKES.

I also believe that the Superbowl nipple-slip (done deliberately) was a trigger of some sort... people bought into it big time.

The way they tried to ignore this near-drowning is fucking spooky.

People are very gullible and if they don't hear about something on the news or if the media or 'those in charge' don't make a big deal about something they don't know what to think.

In this situation the people were not told what to think, they were exposed to a near drowning and then left in the dark. This is some serious psy-ops and manipulation.
