They spy on us covertly via mobile, GPS, internet, email, cctv etc etc and still can't catch terrorists so they go back to good ol' 'Show me your papers' on the road in case they might hit lucky and come across that terrorists they have been looking for? In the meanwhile, in this internet age, soon the words get around and terrorists won't be driving down the Park Lane. lol

Anyway, which terrorists? This is a joke!
