Yeah, because recommended daily amounts from the government are to be trusted.

Isn't it interesting that people survived well for millions of years without any government RDI?

And that vitamins were only 'discovered' around the same time as big pharma started.

Hey, but you NEED fluoride as well don't you? That is recommended too.

How come remote people who don't give a s**t about RDA or vitamin and supplements are more healthy than the average westerner? Low or no cancer rates for a start.

Hey, but we would all get ill if they didn't fortify our food wouldn't we? Hang on, we are all getting ill anyway and more people are getting ill all the time, but it can't be connected could it?

The small independent company is a myth, even Quorn tried to send that image out when they were owned by Premier foods and now they are owned by another corporation. It's all PR!

It isn't a sweeping generalisation about fake meat. It is a massively processed hi-tech food. Fake meat is not natural in anyway. It is a food tech 'clean labelling' tactic to lie to consumers by taking the nasty stuff off the label. Plant based means nothing about the food at all, so what you saying means nothing about the quality of the food at all. ALL fake meat is processed junk food with no value for the human body and it is developed by big pharma and the tech industry to change people's guts. No coincidence that after all the soy and plant based fake meat products hits the shelves a few years ago and suddenly loads of people have digestives disorders.

Whether or not you agree with the ethics of eating meat, real meat is safer to eat than ANY fake meat for the body.

If anyone wants to be vegan or vegetarian then avoid fake meat.

Yeh ,, more and more people get sick and are given Government approved and Media explained reasons why?

Endless increased exposure to full body scanning X Ray devices at airports ,,

Endless exposure of hospital patients to radiation ,, X Rays.

All tinned food and Airport luggage irradiated by X rays!

X Rays (Radiation) causes cancer. Doesn't it?

The Government controlled media will always blames something else as a diversion to the true causes of so much sickness.

I was watching a channel 5 News report about thousands of kids in the UK with genetic disorder as yet unexplained ,,

As well as all the kids now diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum disorders ,, All the elderly now increasingly diagnosed with Dementia ,,

One word springs to mind , VACCINES ,,

Will parents make the connection between genetic damage and vaccines?

AND ,,
how come cows and other herbivores get all their vitamins like B12 ,, C ,, D,, Z1,, Omega 2 ,, Magnesium etc,,,, just from grass!?

And use it to manufacture enough protein and 'vitamins' to build and sustain a whole cow?

I think we are just at the beginning of the uncovering of the 'vitamin scam'.

I hear people talking about 'this and that vitamin' and you have to ask where did this all come from and who does it serve?

For a start the whole vitamin scam has only been going for about a hundred years and only really took off after the Nazis got into it and dosing people in their camps.

There is no actual proof vitamins exist but yet again people go on the 'bigger the lie' principle.

It all goes back to a couple of well worn out myths of 'discovery' that every schoolchild has been brainwashed with and there you go, the rest follow like the sheeple they are!

Wild animals do not worry or know about 'vitamins' and they are fine. People for millions of years did not know about so called 'vitamins but they were better off than people today.

As soon as a woman has a baby she is given vitamin drops to put on the baby's tongue - FROM BIRTH! And toddlers get free vitamins from the government. Hey it must be because they want us to be healthy and live longer.

The vitamin scam has created a multi billion industry and it was the excuse for 'fortified' foods and giving pregnant women supplements. Loads of foods are 'fortified' now and like fluoride you don't really have a choice as it is in everything from bread to cheese and loads of other daily foods! But unlike fluoride people haven't wised up to it yet. But what is the real motive behind all of that?
