It depends on what you mean by the awakening. Learning about the injustices of the world David Icke so skillfully presents is a waste of time you could otherwise spend on putting effort into your existing skills or developing new ones so you find out more about yourself as a person and grow, be happier and stronger.
Spiritually, abandon this fairy tale as soon as you can and seek actual truth by knowing it for yourself by learning the craft from those that mastered it. You will just waste your time otherwise, there is absolutely nothing that will lead you to anything but to lukewarm apathy and futile questioning of the world you cannot change. You can only change yourself and this isn't the right path to do that. I don't know what is.

Just keep talking (not preaching) to others in everyday conversation about things you see in a matter-of-fact way. That way they hear you without being aggressive and don't start an argument no-one can win. Best to be planting seeds rather than trying to chop down trees.

Take it slow and steady, and ask your inner voice for the truth.

Can you still remember when you first became aware of this? how amazing and intuitive the journey feels/becomes?

This is something I have been re-visiting recently to try and keep myself sane and connected during this insanity.

When I think I have it all figured out, I remind myself of this quote by Aristotle — 'The more you know, the more you know you don't know.'

Beware of people who haven't by choice made any financial provisions throughout their life and use emotional blackmail asking for money.

Whenever, whatever happens - focus and breath into your chest (heart) from the infinite. It is working even when you do not feel anything.

Another tip from me:

Watch out for the paid shills and trolls who are infesting this forum.

Accept that some are going to disagree with you, even on this forum where you'd think most are on the same page.

On this 'shills' thing which you'll encounter: Long before I began posting regularly, I would read things posted by members that I didn't agree with (I still do), as I'm sure everyone has. I didn't automatically think they were "paid shills", I just thought they held a different view to mine.

The truth is, no-one will ever be able to say conclusively that their shill accusation is right, and it says more about the accuser's paranoia, in some cases their bullying, and their belief that only their view is valid.

Keep your sense of humour as well. Very important.

Don't rush, take time to assimilate and understand rather than trying to overdo it

Ignore posters who promote so called "gurus", especially if the guru they promote knows considerably less than most people on this forum....or my pet goldfish

Suggestion:

To see through the deceptions and assumptions, within and around you, you must stay close to the deeper mind within you, the mind that knows.
