Default The human race is a fiction.

The human condition is a relationship with the state, it is not genetic.

Quote:
But what constitutes man's humanity?" Marxian humanism finds it in the identity between natural man and social man, Christian humanism in humanitas as opposed to deitas, Roman humanism in the contrast between homo humanus and homo barbarus

...

Above all: "appellari ceteros homines, esse solos eos, qui essent politi propriis humanitatis artibus" (De re publica I, xvii, 28).[29] "Thus, not all men are humani or demonstrate humanitas. Only in the civilization of the Roman Empire and its social order does humanitas count as an educational value and socio-ethical virtue. Those who live outside the Empire are not yet fully 'human,' they are 'barbarians'."

Human beings are distinct from natural men, and so have no natural rights:

Quote:
person: A man considered according to the rank he holds in society, with all the rights to which the place he holds entitles him, and the duties which it imposes. 1 Bouv. Inst. no. 137. A human being considered as capable of having rights and or being charged with duties, while a "thing" is the object over which rights may be exercised.

Black's 2nd (1910)

Since the human has no ontological connection with his creator, it exists as an aberration:

Quote:
human being See MONSTER.

Ballentine's Law Dictionary (1930)
When Rome adopted Christianity as the official religion of the state, the name "Catholic" was used, which means "universal" (from katholika). This belief in the universalism of the state leads to the belief in the universal nature of the human condition.

The legal implications of self-identifying as human are that you are implicitly admitting that a relationship exists between you and the state, and that you have forfeit your natural rights in favour of fictional human rights.

The reason why the implications are so severe is because when you identify yourself your words should be interpreted against your interests according to the legal doctrine of contra proferentem.

The liability of the human condition is arguably worse for the people of the lost tribes of Israel, since it implies what is due to deity is instead rendered unto Caesar (or the empire which originated as Rome or Babylon). The people of Israel were described as set-apart, which is incompatible with the universalism of humans.
