Arrow Edward Snowden music track - Exit

Found out yesterday that ,Edward snowden has released a new music track video, called Exit, if you are interested.

Take note of the words he says in it.

Technology will eventually, be used to enslave the human race. Time to wake up.
The UK voted to leave the corrupt, undemocratic EU. Get on with starting article 50!

I think David should do the same thing...

I wonder if Vangelis is busy?

Jarre was one of my heroes of electronica back in the 70s. Maybe he's just starting to wake up.

Well I went through the thread. I'll just state my opinion, as a huge fan of his earlier three works: Oxygene, Equinox, Magnetic Fields (actually he had two earlier albums on other labels that were lesser known and unpolished productions).

To me, Jarre comes across as a nice guy. You can see him here, explaining in full on nerd mode how he produced his album oxygene:

Here he is again, talking like an ordinary person in his recent projects:

He is clearly a huge fan himself of other electronic music artists, and he enjoys the music technology over the years. There is nothing particular sinister that I get from his personality.

Is he fully awake to what's really going on in the world? No I don't think so, but maybe after the Paris bombings and this stuff with Snowden, maybe he's starting to actually open his eyes.

With me myself being into synths and electronic music I'm a huge fan of Jarre's music and he is a genius with the synths and sound design but I don't like that techno music he did for the video on Exit. Techno and rave music are the only forms of electronic music I hate. His best stuff come from the late 1970s and 1980s.
