Default Manchester apartments health concerns

Caught a news story earlier on the local north west news about some residents of some high rise apartments in Manchester city centre today who have been told they will have to fork out alot of money to have some cladding installed due to fire safety concerns. The was mention of Grenfell too. I just have a very bad feeling about everything that has resulted from Grenfell, I don't know what exactly but something sinister is going on with all that. But anyway, these apartments weren't exactly some Grenfell type tower block for the poor like from Only Fools and Horses, these were £200,000 flats lol. How many bedrooms I've no idea, but likely not many. 200k for an apartment flat is just mad, and the people who pay that kinda money have more money than sense. Where I live there are plenty of nice detached houses for that money with 3 0r 4 bedrooms, garden, etc.
